I am a regular customer and always buy new products thanks to the very good social media advertising and pricing. I was very excited to try the new Air Glow Tan. Sadly very disappointed. Did not apply very well. Patchy in places. Never had this problem with the other TAN products eg. Dripping Gold serum or mousse for example. Bahama tan is better only that the bahama tan mousse goes very light in colour after you've used about half the bottle the mousse fades in colour and goes very light.

I purchased the Bahama bronze Elixir with the brush to blend it which is advertised by the owner and she makes it look so flawless
But it wont blend into my skin no matter what i try it leaves lines and stricks on my skin

Sosu salon nails used to be great, very disappointed with latest buy, nails popping off very easily after a couple of hours, glue is useless. Won't be buying again, will go back to kiss nails.

I dont ever leave bad reviews because i believe in karma, but I don;t want anyone wasting 25 euros like i did. I bought two packs of nails and one nail glue, total cost 25 euros. I’ve been using press on and glue on nails for over 20 years, and I am if I may say, great at applying them usually. I usually buy the american brand Kiss. Sosu nails are flimsy, flat (which i initially thought was great as a couple of my fingers have flat nail beds), the numbers stamped on the reverse of the nails were barely visible (and I don’t wear glasses), and the glue is watery, so runny -just like a cheap superglue, that it ran all over my fingertips, ran out the edges when I would hold the nails on, and it made many of the nails look matte. I am used to a thicker, gel glue that stands up in a bead on the nail. I was so disappointed and I want my money back but I opened both packs to see the nails up closer. Really wanted to love these as I think it’s an Irish brand, but bad quality, flimsy and difficult to put on.

I ordered two different make-up brushes but I was sent two of the same brush instead. Still not resolved.

The worst press on nails ..overpriced and come off daily ..don't waste your money.cheap manufacturer and greedy cost for the quality..

Horrendous glue with the fake nail products..honestly girls ..do NOT waste your money..ridiculous price!

Spent more time getting nails to stick than I did doing my facial make up..

Main item missing from set and was obvious it had been opened . So disappointed… they did send out item but needed it for upcoming event so couldn’t use it

Similar to another review. Placed an order on 6th November wasn't received until 26th November emailed customer care to be told delivery takes up to 14 working days. But my order wasn't even processed for shipment until 22nd November. Never heard of another irish company taking that long to post items, be it black Friday deals or not, to Ireland! Then an item was missing. No email to say sorry it wasn't in stock no communication to this day about it. Just a refund of the item price from an unknown company name which I had to Google... perhaps had my order been processed when placed on 6th when the item was in stock I would have received it! Have ordered before and also had issues but gave a second chance as anyone can have an off day, but appears to just be 'policy' at SoSu to let customers down

Ordered items on the Black Friday sale it took over two weeks for them to be delivered when I received the delivery there was 3 items missing I emailed customer care and received no response first time ordering off them and unfortunately it will be the last time

I have ordered from sosu cosmetics in the past always happy & products are amazing so the 1 star is a recent experience, I made an order well over a week ago now & when I reached out I was informed it wasn’t shipped as items were out of stock annoying as it was a bundle so I was confused as the item was a bundle of 3 so I agreed for refund & asked to post what was in stock to me & im yet to hear back from them since Tuesday, I also had a second order which I have also been informed that items are out of stock and delayed delivery why sell over your means just disappointing & the customer service is so unprofessional

Product doesn’t even arrive. This company only has one option to pay for shipping & this is £6.00 charge for U.K. orders. I’ve waited a week & still have not received item. Three days after originally placing the order, I didn’t receive dispatch notification. Reached out to customer service & explained, needed the product by today. (1 week later) I ordered from Sosu last week. All the other companies I ordered from this week, have simply delivered. I haven’t had to pay them £6.00 & even had free delivery on some - all shipped & arrived.

I didn’t receive a dispatch notification until reaching out to them - after three days of having no way for tracking. After making contact, the dispatch email pushed through & the tracking number hasn’t worked.

Customer service responded to my email that by the end of the week, it would arrive - postie came with all my orders placed after this one, but nothing from Sosu.

The only acknowledgment from further contact with customer service is ‘sorry for the inconvenience’& then, blaming Royal Mail ( who there’s never any probs with) No action taken to assist me. Clearly, no customer care to be had here.

Before confirming my order & after team discussion, I deleted some other items & purchased elsewhere from our usual go to. It’s such a good job I did. But even such a small order has proved the operations of this company to be a shambles.

Based on this first & last experience, I would advise to go to professional brands. Upon principal alone, it’s time to take things further & that I shall because my final request for refund of product & shipping wasn’t even acknowledged.

Nice product which is my third time repurchasing. Delivery however was slower than usual! And outer packaging was torn on receipt.

Love all the products I buy from her never had a bad experience with any of them will definitely be repurchasing

My order did not arrive when I checked my address was wrong and I did not enter my own address incorrectly I message SOSU and they said it went to the address on the system so now I have had to lie the loss of over 50 euros worth of products so not very happy or impressed with SOSU
