Toby was communicative and very professional over his three visits to my property. He explained what he was doing and what the next steps would be. Finally he fixed the leaking pipe and made my bathroom usable until the final repair work could be performed.

Paul made a very thorough inspection for leaks. He was courteous and knowledgeable. We had every confidence in his findings.

The time it took attend was not helpful It took 2 weeks for sos to attend .once he attended he was very good and from what he said he has taken my comments on board from what in his report . So far the attendances and his leak detection he did he did a thorough job and has detailed his report next step is to get the job done and reroute the kitchen waste pipe as it currently sits under the tiled floor .

Absolutely professional from start to finish and was very careful and on strip down caused minimal damage where some people would go like a bull in a China shop.

We were supposed to get an appointment within a week of insurance company saying track and trace would happen. We didn't. No idea whose fault that was but it meant we had to even longer without running water. Engineer located problem and restored running cold water which are two positives from situation but left taps running which were supposed to drain system then stop. Five days later they are still going.

When a leak happens it's a very stressful time - you want to get the problem identified and dealt with asap - especially when it's buried behind a wall! Our engineer from SOS - Chris Wright - was excellent in that regard. He was clear about what he needed to do, very efficient in identifying the problem and it ensuring the leak was stopped. His calmness, friendliness, obvious expertise and great communication were all a part of a first class service experience. Thoroughly recommendable.

I am happy with the visits and the person but I don’t know who is being untruthful as what he says he is putting in the report is not what LV is telling me he said, totally different and nothing is covered is by insurance and I’ve got to rip it all out and pay myself and LV won’t let me see the sos reports even though it’s gdpr so , Chris told me not to touch anything ,LV have got to put it right , but they are saying he said the sealant and grout which I’m not covered for so 7 months of no work done and 3 visits from yourselves saying it all needs ripping out but LV are saying not

The company was very professional in first locating and then subsequently fixing a water leak in the downstairs cloakroom of our house.
