I worked with Benjamin Voss about coverage on my 2023 Genesis GV80. From the very beginning he was friendly, professional and really helped me understand the importance of having this coverage. Benjamin patiently answered all my questions. I wish all company reps were as easy to work with as Benjamin! He’s an outstanding representative of SOS Auto Protect!!

Do not do business with SOS and do not trust anything they tell you especially from Ben or Adam. Also if anyone has a problem with this company please write a review. I could use a few more.

I’ve had to use my warranty a few times now and first for a differential, then a random sensor, and most recently for a fuel pump. Each time, it worked exactly how the rep said it would. I took my car to the dealer, and they paid the mechanic directly for the whole repair. No hassle, no waiting around, just like I thought it would go. Honestly really glad I signed up with them. Thanks Roberto for all the help and walking me thru it all

I've paid $2500 for their Ultimate plan. I filed a prior claim in March 2025 based upon information provided by California Auto, the garage that provides my oil changes (allegedly leaky head gasket; please see attached documentation- CLEARLY STATED THAT IT NEEDED FURTHER INSPECTION); at that point, there were no check engine lights or indicators of an issue. Per "Ben", SOS was supposed to send an inspector to further assess the claim; that never happened. Now, in September, my water pump is busted. I immediately took my car to Serramonte Ford when the overheating light came on, & my car was assessed the same day. Ben initially lied & said that an inspection would be held the following Monday, which never happened. I & Kyle (serramonte ford service rep) had a 3-way conversation with "Ben" (refuses to provide last name!), who arranged for a video inspection the following day; the inspection (with the shop foreman) confirmed the diagnosed issue, along with confirming that there are NO HEAD GASKET ISSUES. Ben is now refusing to honor my contract, stating that I never shown proof of having the nonexistent head gasket issue repaired; when I pointed out that he'd lied & never sent the inspector to confirm/deny whether or not my head gasket was an actual issue, he said that according to my contract, he didn't need to do so (nothing of that nature stated) because they don't cover head gasket issues...again, Serramonte Ford has confirmed that nothing is wrong with my head gaskets. Ben had the audacity to call Serramonte Ford liars (as though they'd turn down the opportunity to make more money!), & is now not answering or returning calls. Adam Miller lied, & told me that I would be receiving a call by 9/18; that never happened; what did happen was him laughing in my face & telling me my vehicle would never be fixed.

Upon reading other reviews, this seems to be a regular occurrence for them to try & avoid covered repairs. They're rude, unprofessional & based on all current appearances, conmen.

I had called and filled out information to several companies and some of them even contacted me, oddly not all of them did. Joyce contacted me and was very polite and had all the information I needed to make the decision, even though they were not the least expensive. Some of the other companies were high pressure, something nobody likes, but Joyce was very understanding and easy to speak with. I feel comfortable with my decision. I am looking forward to my first claim!

It important for me to let everyone know that SOS auto protect will not cover what they say they will cover and then you better have a lot of time to wait for an approval . They are liars and thieves I made more than 15 phone calls and so did the dealership only for them to tell me they would give me a full refund if I took my review down DONT BUY FROM THEM unless you want to get ripped and have to pay for everything anyway

Alex Brooks was patient and easy to work with. While I was shopping for a new car I went to the dealer with his quote at the ready. It saved me time in the financing room. I got a great deal to cover my new to me 2021 Tahoe z71 bumper to bumper, moreso the peace of mind knowing that for the next five and a half years or 100k milage my vehicle will be covered, and from my cross referencing with no hassle and done right!

I had been filling out online and calling around looking for a warranty company. My factory warranty was expiring and because my car is a push start and all electric I knew I needed one. Just when I was about to give up hope I received a call from Joyce and she was a God send. She walked me through the process and offered me a really great deal that I couldn't pass up.
