Been with them for a little while now and they've treated me fair every time. Had two claims so far and both were approved without a headache. I like that they actually pick up the phone when you call too.

I had to use my coverage for the first time and it went way better than I thought. The rep, I think his name was Tyler, kept me updated and the repair was paid directly to the shop. No reimbursement nightmare thankfully.

Honestly didn't know what to expect but SOS really came through. My AC blower went bad and I was dreading the repair bill. They took care of it without giving me any trouble. Smooth process and friendly people on the phone.

Worst warranty company ever! The process to get the warranty..easy… it’s cheap for a reason. They do not cover what they say they will. Their customer service is total garbage, sitting on hold for over 40 minutes is the regular. They have no information and truly do not care about their clients.
There is a reason they have a clause in the contracts stating you can’t sue them for more than $5,000. Trust me when I say they would be bankrupt if the right lawyer came along.
Have a problem with your car? The problem is a cover failure of the mechanical system…yeah they won’t cover it, it’s too much or ‘caused by wear and tear’. Wait wait wait, but it’s a mechanical failure that is covered… they say ‘good luck we aren’t doing anything for you even though you purchased this warranty ’.
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY - go any where else.

Was a customer for about one year. Had a claim for an alternator that was went bad because there was an oil leak dripping on to it. So replacing it without fixing the leak would not solve anything. They denied the claim completely. I asked for a refund which they offered right away minus the one year. I accepted as they said they would have the check mailed out that day. It's now 7 weeks later, 7 phone calls into them - a fake fed-ex tracking number and no refund.

Everything perfect about them. SOS Auto Protect made the entire process of getting extended coverage for my car incredibly easy. Their team clearly explained my options, helped me choose the right protection plan, and handled my claim quickly when my alternator went out. Great service, fair pricing, and very professional. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable auto coverage.

I wasn't sure what to expect because warranty stuff usually stress me out, but SOS actually made things simple. The rep I talked to, Jordan, was patient with me and made sure the sop got everything they needed. The repair ended up being a lot more expensive than I thought and SOS covered it without arguing or delaying anything. Honestly relived I signed up when I did.

My daughter told me to finally get a warranty and I’m glad I went with SOS. The gentleman I spoke with was patient and explained everything clearly. When my alternator quit working they paid the shop right away. Very grateful for how simple they made things.

I had a really easy experience with SOS Auto Protect when my car started overheating. The shop called them for the approval and SOS handled everything way faster than I expected. Honestly felt like a relief just not having to fight anybody over coverage.

Alex was incredibly helpful when I was looking for a warrant for my Lincoln Navigator. He answered all of my questions and explained the warranty coverage thoroughly. It is awesome that they pay the mechanic directly at the time of the any repairs. He was even able to get me a great price that was better than what I expected! I am so glad I went with SOS Auto Protect!

Had coverage from FEB 25 until End of November. Paid 1900 for the Ultimate coverage plan. Took my car in because of a clunking/knocking noise from the front of the car. They discovered the motor mounts were worn and causing the noise. Car is a 2018 with 85000 they said motor mounts are wear and tear items. Basically the motor mounts have to fail to be replaced!?! Absolutely ridiculous and even more ridiculous is that I cancelled my policy and got back 950 (less than 50%) after just 9 months.. Hope you have better luck..

I had no idea it was going to be so easy to get a warranty. Benjamin was extremely professional and helpful. I wasn't rushed, even though it was the end of the work day. He explained the cost, my responsibilities, which tier would work for my vehicle. I have purchased a extended warranty when I purchased the car, that didn't cover nearly as much as this policy.
