After my payment cleared, I never heard another word from you. This was after a high-pressure sales pitch, which I had to inform your agent that I would not be pushed sooner than I wanted. I'm just praying that your service measures up when I need it.

I had cancelled my policy because of my budget changes, then was able to sign up again two months later when my budget improved at a lower price with an upgraded package. Kevin was knowledgeable, patient, and went out of his way to ensure that we found the right package at the right price.

The Coverage SOS Auto Protect is thorough and exactly what I was seeking, at a price I found extremely competitive. What sold me also was the top-notch professional approach of my new Agent, Benjamin Voss. We had a great conversation where all my questions were clearly and completely answered. I feel this is a great investment for my car's care. I always appreciate a solid company selling a great product by professional and well-informed agents.

Good sales pitch, afterv reviewing the contract coverage there are easy ways to deny repair cost, there is no way we can prevent wear and tear by simply maintaing. Normally all mechanical parts wear out and eventually need be replaced that is why i am purchacing the SOS Auto Protect to cover the cost of replacement, parts and labor.

I previously bought a car with extended warranty and I had a great deal. This time around when I was shopping around everyone’s was charging me double or more with half the years of coverage. It was wild. Luckily sos was able to offer a similar deal from my previous purchase a couple years ago. Def outperformed every other competitor.

Our Rep was proactive and responsive. He provided us with policy information and answered our scenario questions so we could decide the best products for us. After checking with our local Lexus and LandRover dealers, we bought two comparable extended warranties through SOS instead for a fraction of dealer pricing.

SOS Aito Protect is TERRIBLE, when I purchased the policy, the salesman went over in great length and detail with me what was covered and wasn’t covered, as I sat there and looked around my nearly hundred thousand dollar truck and the multitude of electronic options, I listed off the systems item by item, one thing we talked about was the power windows, power seat, motors, power, door, locks, power, mirrors, lane departure assist, cruise control, etc. His answer was a resounding “YES” we cover everything that the factory bumper to bumper warranty covers, except for a longer period of time and more miles. Eventually, I had a part within the Sideview mirror fail. I called SOS auto protect to ask them if the side view mirror motor was covered as this was the first item to need replacing, they said yes, and then I could take it to any shop. When I got to the shop, they noted that there was an adaptive steer. When I got to the shop, they noted that there was an adaptive steering fault, the keep it between the lines. This was also one of the systems that I had stated was covered by the salesman when deciding about purchasing the policy. So, spoiler alert don’t trust the salesman. SOS auto protect denied coverage on both of them. They offered me a $350 consolation prize on the $4000 repair bill. This seemed a bit like a consolation prize for screwing me over after I paid $3500.00 for the warranty. They then offered to refund my purchase price for the warranty at a prorated ammount of course, for the service that they had provided over the year and a quarter since I had purchased it while I had no claims. Once I did have my first claim after a year and a quarter. They denied the claim. I expressed to them they hadn’t provided me any service over that last year and that the only service they provided me thus far has been frustration. They said that they did not necessarily feel that was true and that they had provided warranty coverage before I had any problems. That’s kind of like saying will give you medical insurance until you have a medical problem at which point we’re not going to offer medical insurance any longer. This company is a scam. Save your money for the repair. Don’t waste it on this scham of a warranty. The first person I spoke to informed me that the side view mirror was covered but the claim was denied, whe was unsure why and transferred me to Ben. The claims manager, Ben Cooper, had the opportunity to do better and make it right, but chose not to. When I asked if his company had ever been involved in a class action lawsuit, he said no, I find it hard to believe, but maybe we can put together some data and see if there are any trends that would lend themselves to it. Avoid SOS auto protect, run like Hell!
