Terms of the contract were clearly presented with no pressure to sign up. The terms sold themselves. Jordan was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

I haven't used the coverage yet, but seems to be competitive in pricing. Didn't like the pressure to buy immediately without shopping around. Was offered great price but had to decide right then, best to do your research first and call when you're ready to buy.
