Please DO NOT use this company. I purchased a Longchamp mini bag and received a fake item. They state they are a London based company on their website, but the Directors are from China and the bag was sent from China. The bag label states it was made in Paris...
I have asked for a refund, but I have to return the fake item back to China at my own cost - clearly the cost would be higher than it cost Soreza to make the fake bag! They have a UK address at 153 Blakeney Way, Cannock, WS11 8LD but for some reason I cannot return there.
After many emails, they have since offered a partial refund of 25% so £15.50! Disgusting and unacceptable. Luckily, I purchased through PayPal so am protected.
Having now read the other reviews, I agree that they send fake bags, and the funds are not processed.
Avoid this organisation. This is a scam. I will be reporting to UK Police for Fraud and Trading Standards in the UK.

I wish I could give the 0 STARS. Happened the same as others in the comments, i ordered 3 longchamp minis and they are ALL FAKE. Plus I write to return and they want me to pay for the shipping back PLUS ONLY PARTIAL REFUND? WTF??? I read their return policy and it DID NOT STATE THAT. The longchamp bags say “longchamp” and honestly the price is STEEP for a fake. PLEASE AVOID DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE.

I was scammed
Order number: #SO972206. I was scammed. The price seemed too good to be true. I waited 3 weeks for a Longchamp mini bag, only to receive a fake. I already own a genuine one in blue and can compare the details. When I requested a refund, they told me to pay for postage and return it to China for only a partial refund. Please do not trust this company or fall for their scam like I did.
