Purchased a "longchamp mini pouch". Arrived late shipped from CHINA and definitely counterfeit as compared it to my authentic one. GET THIS SITE SHUT DOWN THEY ARE FRAUDS!!!

Bought a Bag from Soreza it was the size of a Match box, I thought it was for a Barbie Doll. Needless to Say I wanted to return it. Firstly they tried to offer me a discount as long as I kept it.
Eventually they gave me the address to return it, I sent them a photo of the proof of return, this took about 5 attempts, I think they wanted David Bailey to take the photo. It’s now been a Month since I returned the Bag, still no refund, apparently they still haven’t received it, Royal Mail must have returned it by Rowing boat.
Do not buy from this Shop, a complete Joke and Scam if u ask me.
If you r reading this Soreza, give me my refund and I will remove the Review

Clearly a fake having since researched how to tell if it’s a real Longchamp! How I wish I’d done this originally! I didn’t even go with the cheapest option to buy from a company supposedly selling them. Please do not order from here. The company should be removed

Don’t buy anything from this company utterly disgusting and fraudulent. This is most certainly a scam. Never received the Bag.

Whatever you do, don't purchase anything from this company. Bags are cheap and come straight from China. Good luck returning anything or getting a refund.

Be careful, policy rules 30 days return free shopping with confidence, it was not true , they did not sent me the free return label They offer me 20% discount , the bags were not of the quality advertised.
I need pay 49 euro DHL return to China ( I ordered in Munich Germany) it is unacceptable .
I return 4/8/25 but the package is still from 12/8/25 - 5/9/25 China Zoll , because they didn’t send invoice .
the Soreza are cheating , they don’t return my money , it cost me 430 euro , I need contact with DHL about insurance

I wish I would have read the reviews first. It is very frustrainting to realize you have been victim of a scam. Luckely, I have brought an item from this store via Klarna/Sweden, and was able to report the scammers. Poor quality item, which looks more like a "toy" (you cannot fit even an Iphone 11 Pro inside). The bag is a clear copy of the Small Jodie from Bottega Veneta, and is not in genuine leather, as stated in their website. No free returns, the cost to send the item to China is more than 50% of the bag. After you request a return, they send a proposal to refung 20% of the total price paid, so you can keep the item. I assume this is rather to prevent them to get exposed. With all said, I believe this store violates EU consumer law in so many ways.
Please report this store. I hope their scheme will be finally stopped. Sadly, it is hard to arrest this kind of dishonest people who are "hidding" behind "Internet".

I really wish I read these reviews before ordering! First of all, I had no idea it was shipping from China! My bag arrived faulty with creases in it. Also, it felt cheap and smelled chemically. I contacted customer service who took so many days to reply and was told they couldn’t do anything because the bag is “simply unwanted.” I had to send pictures of the bag and they offered a measly 30% discount. My other option is to mail it all the way back the China which will cost a fortune. Either way, it’s a big waste of money for me. This website is such a scam!

PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE THEY ARE LONDON BASED THE WEBSITE IS ADVERTISING FALSE INFORMATION THEY ARE BASED IN CHINA AND THEY DONT COVER RETURN COSTS SO YES I AGREE WITH OTHERS IT IS A SCAM! Firstly, their website is not very clear informing you that the products are not genuine brands. I ordered a small Longchamp pouch bag in beige, however, I received the bag in black instead and a lot later than anticipated. I have been trying to return the item but they keep coming back offering me a 30% refund to keep the item. Why would I keep an item I didn't order. If I want to return the item, I have to pay for the return. How is that good customer service? They send me the wrong item but I must pay for the return. The back and forth of emails is getting ridiculous. I originally bought the bag for someone's 18th birthday. I had to buy the item again from somewhere else due to the incompetency of the company. I am still waiting for a resolution to a refund.

Bag took over 3 weeks to arrive.

Zero stars. Buyer beware -prior to making a purchase, ask where it ships from and where you would have to ship it back- in my case, it was China.
Ask them for a very clear return / refund policy before you spend anything here.

If I could give a zero rating I would. In June I brought two longchamp bags which were shipped from China. Therefore, I knew they were not an authentic. I contacted Soreza for a refund. However, they were offering a partial refund to which I refused. I shipped the items back to them over 4 weeks ago and yet to receive a refund.
This appears to be a regular occurrence with this company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I returned horrible quality bags, paid for shipping and NEVER GOT MONEY BACK worth 500€

I purchased a bag that was marketed as a Longchamp Bag and at a very similar price to a Lonchamp bag. I noticed after I'd bought it that there were tell-tale signs that the business was selling counterfeits. The reference to "Longchamp bag" was only made in their (clearly fake) reviews where they had repeated "Longchamp bag" so many times in order for it to appear in Google search rankings. I have sent a number of emails, messages through their contact form on the website and messages on socials and have had no reply. I am going to report this company to trading standards. Beware and do not waste your money.

I truly wish I had looked into the genuine reviews before placing my order. The item took a long time to arrive, and when it did, it was in shockingly poor condition. Absolutely nothing like the photos.

The craftsmanship is incredibly subpar: poorly stitched, doesn’t open properly, and structurally crooked in every way. There are unfinished seams and exposed joins throughout. It feels more like a rushed DIY project than a finished product.

Many of the glowing reviews appear artificial, which makes it hard for genuine feedback to be heard. I only wish I could attach photos to show the real condition of what I received.

When I contacted them, they refused to acknowledge it as defective and instead tried to classify it as “unwanted” so they wouldn’t have to cover the return postage, despite consumer protection laws stating otherwise.

Their proposed “solution” was a partial refund, which isn’t acceptable when an item is misrepresented and unfit for use. The process felt like they were stalling and reframing the situation to avoid responsibility.

If you’re reading this before purchasing: avoid this brand. It feels more like a fast-profit scheme than a business that values its customers or stands behind its product. If you value transparency, quality, and customer rights, I’d strongly advise looking elsewhere.

A very disappointing experience.
