These people are unethical, fraud, thieves, liars and scammers. They feed their families by scamming people. I rather go to sleep hungry than to know my food is paid for by scamming innocent people who have worked hard for their money.

I paid $140 (CAD) expecting a high quality bag as shown on their website. What I received was a damaged item with no protective packaging and defects. I reached out for a replacement, and after weeks of chasing them via email, they finally agreed to send another. The replacement also arrived damaged. One side bulging, stitching inconsistent, lock buckle not centred, and again, no protective box despite my specific requests.

The bags had a strange chemical smell. For an international order at this price point, the lack of care is unacceptable.

To make things worse, they deleted my honest reviews from their site and blocked me from posting my reviews again, clearly trying to silence customers. Their responses are vague, delayed, and dismissive. I’ve documented everything. As of right now they’ve completely just stopped replying.

They are also not a UK based company as their bags ship from China with a horrible smell. They steal pictures from other sites and send low quality and fake bags.

Save yourself the headache. This company is a dropshipping scam. They do not care about customer satisfaction, only profit.

**** Scam!!! Dont do it! I ordered a bag back in April for 75EUR as the description with suede thinking it was a small uk based business. It arrived from China (!!) and was faux suede. I contacted to ask for a partia; refund as it would cost me 25 EUR minimal to post back to China and they only offered 30%. I am now one month on and still no sign of the refund! So now have had to start fraud proceedings through my bank. Dont do it!!!!!!!

Terrible company, terrible product, terrible service. I bought a bag which was nothing like the product pictured on their website. I wanted to return it and have been emailing back and forth to get the product returned. They wouldn't issue a postage label so I've had to return at my own expense (to China from the UK) and I've still not recieved the refund!!!!

I ordered two Longchamp bags from Soreza and was shocked to receive two fake replicas — one of which was even the wrong colour. The items were never advertised as replicas, which is outright dishonest.

When I contacted them to return the items, they admitted the bags were fake but still refused to cover return postage — even though they sent me the wrong colour. Their customer service is appalling: I respond to their emails within minutes, but they take up to 3 business days to reply.

This entire experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and frankly disgusting. Do not waste your money — Soreza is deceptive and completely unprofessional.

The clothes and accessories they sell are fake and all the positive reviews here are clearly by employees or people paid to post.
I first suspected it was dodgy when they shipped it from China with YunExpress. I then checked here and read the review properly.
I contacted them asking for a return and they refused saying that the "Our bags are inspired by high-quality models, but we don't sell them as originals". Despite them appearing in a search for a branded product and having the brand on the product itself.

Avoid.

The item is of really poor quality and only had it just over a month. The zip is already broken and I reached out to them but they didn’t try to help. Not worth the cost as quality is so poor.

DO NOT waste your money. This company does not sell genuine longchamp bags and has, by their own admission via email stated that it is not longchamp. Yet, they are using longchamp imagery and user generated content (that clearly is not from any of their customers) to suggest otherwise. Refusing to refund 100% of what was paid. Also NOT a UK based company.

I ordered a bag for my daughter’s birthday over 3 weeks ago and haven’t received any dispatch details or the bag….

Such a shame I thought I was buying 3 authentic mini longchamp bags only slightly cheaper that what they are on the actual website
It arrived all squashed in one plastic bag after weeks after the order and the quality of all of them are different and definitely fakes
Looks like from other reviews I won’t get a refund if I send back so looks like I’m stuck with them

I ordered a mini longchamp bag which had a new customer discount. It was still £60 as opposed to £80 so the price didn’t throw me off. I didn’t get a confirmation email. When I read trust pilot and read the reviews I panicked and asked for a refund. They sent shipping details from China - when they are supposedly based in London. Bag arrived a week late and it is definitely a fake. I’m missing a strap loop and the strap stitching is poor. Very disappointed- do not use this company. £60 down the drain.

Appalling. Longchamp mini bag is a fake and absolutely tiny. Returned, still waiting for a refund months later and now customer services are not responding to my emails asking where my refund is. Avoid at all costs

Scam! Ordered and never received item. Reached out to customer service and they told me package was delivered and they could not assist any further. Do not order from this company!

Longchamp mini bag is fake, even though adverised as Longchamp (which is probably illegal) Comes in a plastic bag. Compared it to my friends real one and there are some differences, for example the flap at the front is slightly different shape. The zip is also broken so it does not zip up properly. The straps for the bag are terrible, if you put anything heavy in the bag, the straps will come lose or comes undone. The organiser does not let you fit much in the bag. Do not recommend if you are looking for a real bag. You could also get this exact bag for cheaper on aliexpress as this is way over priced for a fake bag.

As someone else said I'd give 0 if I could. I ordered a longchamp bag, turned up and it was a fake. A good fake but still a fake. Return address on the envelope was UK address but when i emailed they requested it be returned to China. I said I would return it to UK address only as ok envelope. They offered 40% and I keep the bag. I accepted this. They said it had been processed but 2 weeks later no funds so I chased. Apparently they'd had a problem being able to pay any money from their account. Weeks have passed now, I get no replies to my emails and I'm still stuck having paid a stupid amount for a fake bag. DO NOT BUY! awful company and will be reporting them to everywhere i can. Completely unfair.

Hi if I could I would give this company 0 stars, it’s all fake poor quality goods and it’s not UK based company at all!! The website is full of fake rubbish and then they say it’s free return if you’re not happy which is truly rubbish. They try to tell people otherwise! Honestly read other reviews before you buy as other people have had same problem!

The company is a scam and they sell fake products, can’t believe I fell for it. The products come from china! They say delivery is 5 days but my order took two weeks. I compared the longchamp bag to my wife’s original one and it was clearly fake! I will be reporting them to longchamp to sue them!!

THE MOST AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!!! My purchase was sent via Royal Mail tracked. On delivery, it was clear that Royal Mail incorrectly delivered to the wrong address as photo of door delivered to was NOT my door. I sent the photographic evidence of the delivery to Soreza and of my door to show incorrect.

Royal Mail were clear that their contract is with the sender so Soreza need to put a claim in for compensation from Royal Mail and they (Soreza) compensate me as their customer. That’s how it works.

When I contacted Soreza they basically said “we are so sorry to hear this. It was delivered so take it up with the delivery service”. Basically, I was left with no way of getting my order or any compensation . Soreza then stopped responding to my emails thereafter. DESPICABLE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Not bothering to attempt a return on the FAKE Longchamp bag i just received a couple of hours ago from China, however very keen on WARNING everyone to NOT BUY anything from this website. PAY A SMALL EXTRA on REAL items with a REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RELIABLE REFUND SYSTEM.
AGAIN BIG WARNING- THEIR ITEMS ARE FAKE!
