I have written the service department a few different times about ideas and some issues with the web and app interface. The most recent issue was causing me to not receive the “level up” for completing a challenge but they were on it right away. The issue was resolved within a day, with a little back and forth email communication. It was an amazing experience.

Terrible card price deflation because of dilution. Don't spend your money on this game unless you want to lose it all.

Scammer Company! Cards devaluations are enormous! That how they take your money. My 1 eth could have been 3800 dollars now. Instead 50 dollars for all my cards bought at 1000 dollars.

Molto divertente, sito fatto abbastanza bene e con la possibilità di usare anche euro oltre che crypto è diventato più serio.

Reliable, helpful, resourceful and don't let down, it may take 2 or 3 answers although they are always relevant and in the end troubleshoots the issue. I have had 4 requests towards the customer service. I've always been greeted and had the correction I was looking for every time since my requests were reasonable.

Update. 3th of april, and still no solution to my problem.

Would defenitly not recommend Sorare.

Nu al 3 werkdagen verder en nogsteeds geen reactie. Duurt het wat langer? Geen probleem, maar laat het dan in ieder geval weten.

Il problema è stato risolto e questo è l’importante. Ma se non avessi raggiunto un moderatore su discord ( che ha sollecitato e ricordo dato il problema) il problema non sarebbe stato risolto .

Ho avuto un grosso problema con un bonifico durato per diversi mesi, ma grazie all'assistenza di Sorare, alla loro pazienza e alla loro perseveranza nell'aiutarmi giornalmente tutto è stato risolto per il meglio. Grazie davvero di cuore a tutta l'assistenza di Sorare. Continuate così, siete davvero il top!

How do I start? AP is vital to the success on this platform, i had multiple problems with depositing and pending transactions but they instantly resolved the issue within 1 hour. AP deserves huge recognition.

The support team has been able to help me and solve my problem properly. However, I wish I had answers to my questions much quicker (2 days without any news and some questions haven't been answered at all). All in all it was still correct experience that can still be improved

They automatically sign you up for tonnes of email notifications/marketing. Then make it extremely difficult to unsubscribe. Not only do you have to login(involves remembering your login details or all that password reset nonsense) then you have about 40 different drop down boxes and sliding buttons which you have to turn to off/none. Unnecessarily difficult, don’t recommend using them. Avoid.
