Great customer service. Over the years i had already a couple of challenges and the sorare customer service always helped me out very quickly and efficient.
I really like the sorare and the idea behind it. I hope the community and the number of leagues will grow in the next years to ave a better dynamic and interaction within the game.

Man wird mit 50 Euro Prämie gelockt, für den Werber und Angeworbenen. In Wirklichkeit sind es aber nur 50% auf Spielerkäufe bis zu 50 Euro. Also wieder Geld rein… Ganz klar irreführend. Steht bestimmt irgendwo in den AGB‘s aber nicht im Spiel. Es brauchte 2 Tage bis ich mein eingezahltes Geld im Spiel nutzen konnte!! Das beliebte CAP240 geht nicht mehr für neue Spieler. Alles in allem eher Betrug als Spielspaß für mich.

I created an account recently.

I deposited some money (after verifying personal info).

I was using my account normally, exploring the platform, etc. All normal.

Then randomly, my account showed up as suspended.

When I contacted support, I received robotic like replies that clearly didn't come from humans who actually read and care for customers.

It appeared their system for some reason accused me of fraud, simply because I had invited a couple of friends... who hadn't even verified. I took no advantage of anything.

It was a ludricous situation.

It gets worse... they suspended my account, while I had money inside and ignored me for 7 days.

Now, they want me to verify my ID... provide selfie and documents, when I just want my money back.

It appears that they took my money happily, but now, to return my money, they want to harvest my personal data first.

This company surely is breaking some laws and regulations, not to mention that they operate in a very disrespectful manner to clients.

I am confident that if this company had any customer support that reviewed my situation, they'd agree with me that I was clearly mistreated and their system failed.

But at this point, I just want to leave this review and if anyone from the company reads this... just return my money.

Thankfully I didnt deposit a big amount as I was just learning the platform.

I would advise against depositing large sums of money here: this company clearly is not trustworthy.

Mi ritrovo l'account sospeso senza motivo, mi dicono tramite email per aver abusato del programma invita un amico dopo aver invitato una sola persona.. ho i soldi bloccati nell'account senza poter accedere e prelevare in qualche modo

Hanno messo un programma invita un amico, ho invitato qualche mio amico e poi mi son ritrovato con l'account sospeso, nessuna comunicazione ulteriore e nessuna risposta al ticket che ho fatto. Pessima esperienza, ho ancora i miei soldi bloccati su Sorare e non posso accedere

Aggiornamento: dopo 7 giorni mi hanno fatto rientrare. Non è stata una mossa molto seria però abbiamo risolto.

On dit qu'on peut souvent juger une entreprise à son service client.

C'est simple le service client sur Sorare c'est la dernière de leur priorité. Un vieux zendesk en externe, avec des agents comme un certain HK qui dégaine des macros en Anglais plus vite que son ombre.

Je pourrai lui dire n'importe quoi il me répondrait toujours la même chose.

Si vous voulez des conseils pour investir 0,1% de votre masse salariale dans un SAV digne de ce nom faites moi signe ou écoutez des podcasts qui parlent tech et produit, car la vous faites clairement pitié

They tell you you will get 50 euros free credit when you refer a friend. They don't give you 50 euros, they just give you a 50% discount uptil 50 euros... That's not the same as credits.

Konto Gesperrt , ich habe geld eingezahlt und paar stunden später ist das konto gesperrt und muss mich nochmal verifizerien jetzt dauert es Tage und keine Nachricht !
