There's a bug in the game that stops me from getting the rewards I've won. In my last Pro lineup I finished 5 points OVER the 360 target, but the game still shows "TARGET MISSED" and I never got my reward. Because of that I can't play at all, since the game blocks me.

I've written to support multiple times and haven't gotten a single reply in 15 days. Not even an automated answer. Taking people's money and ignoring them when something breaks is not okay.

Fix the bug, pay out what I've earned, and start answering your users.

Submitted a withdrawal request on the 22nd of August 2026. They mentioned it will take 2-4 days.

Two weeks later I have not gotten my money, I got no reply back, neither on Twitter or via email.

Gioco dal 2022 e ho visto solo cambiare questo gioco in peggio. Hanno mostrato sempre di più il lato avido dell'azienda costringendo progressivamente i giocatori a spendere soldi per poter avere misere soddisfazioni. Finora ho speso una vera miseria per qualche carta e ho guadagnato abbastanza per poter dire di non avervi finanziato minimamente. Inoltre credo che l'ultimo cambiamento sia stato il colpo di grazie.

Concept sympa et site serieux. Ca rappel l'enfance, je recommande pour les amateurs.

Inscrite depuis 2022, je souhaite me reconnecter pour jouer lors de la coupe du monde 2026 or, impossible de faire le moindre mouvement avec mon portefeuille. Je contacte le support qui clôture ma demande sans même l’avoir résolu. Et comme par magie mon portefeuille a été entièrement vidé.
J’ai réouvert deux autres demandes qui ont elles aussi été clôturé sans la moindre explication.

One of the best sports fantasy games out there.
I had a great time following football and NBA season this year, playing and collecting the best looking trading cards in my opinion.

Tout est payant !! Impossible de jouer gratuitement, pour jouer le premier match, il faut au moins avoir mis 30 euros dans le jeu.

I play it for a few years but the game is going down. The card prices are getting sow low, the game changes every few months. The customerservice is terrible. Submitted 4 times a ticket but they not responding anymore.

Been using sorare football for two years and NBA for a year. I have used a lot of similar products and none match it for enjoyment. Most of the other have gone out of business or look like they will fall. Looking forward to many more enjoyable years.

Awful. Got so annoyed on how difficult it is to transfer money that I just gave up, deleted the account and left £20 in there. I swear they make it such a shite platform just so you never get your money back when you want to leave. Stay clear.
