I have ordered my second bouquet today. After sending my first bouquet recently and reaction from a friend, I knew that the flowers must of been fabulous..Thank-you

Ordered flowers for next day delivery. They were dispatched via courier but they did not deliver them until 4 days later. By which time, the flowers had started to wilt. Contacted the company immediately on 2nd May. I was promised a full refund on 5th May by email. I have since chased up twice as l am still awaiting refund. No contact received since 5th May. Very poor communication and service. Had to now raise claim via paypal to recover monies. Order ref 2678. As of today 28.05.23. I am still awaiting refund. 1 month after ordering flowers. Very unhappy and still waiting it for it to be resolved but only via Paypal by my own efforts and no help from Sophy flowers. Will not use them again

We are delighted with the bouquet we have just received. The flowers are fresh, very beautiful and packed very nice. The delivery was in time and I was able to track it. I will definitely order again and I would highly recommend to friends. Thank you

The flowers arrived 2 days late for Mother's Day even though they advertised delivery on that date. The bouquet which eventually arrived was much smaller than the picture suggested and had differnt flowers than advertised. After spending over a week emailing and calling them with no response, the business eventually responded apologising, stating that Mother's Day is a busy time. Having spent €60 on subpar flowers and late delivery, the business offered to waive just the delivery fee of our next order! Unfortunately, we will not be ordering from here again.

Great price choice and so easy to order online..

Emailed Sophy on Saturday the 18th March to enquire about ordering and delivery of a Mother’s Day bouquet.
Sophy was extremely obliging and I was able to order the bouquet that I wanted (beautiful) and it was delivered the morning of the 19th - Mothers Day.

Recommend using this company. I ordered roses from their website and specified a delivery date. Thankfully the flowers arrived on time and were beautifully packaged. I will definitely use Sophie Crown Flowers again.

Terrible service. Ordered a luxury bunch of flowers and they were nothing like what was advertised. The bunch was half the size and didn’t include the correct flowers. Tried calling to speak to their customer services and couldn’t get through. Emails have been ignored and no attempt made to resolve the issue. Don’t use them.

Flowers came half dead on arrival. Contacted company about this issue, they took over a week to reply and basically told us it was our fault for ordering off them. Flower prices are high on valentines day so one would assume they would be fresh on arrival. Absolutely terrible customer service and terrible product. Would highly recommend people shop else where!!!
