The flowers where delivered on time and they where in in good condition as advertised.

Ordered flowers to be delivered yesterday did not arrive. Contacted company asked for order number no other reply than that .
Flowers delivered this morning to my mothers neighbour a day late and shocking bunch of flowers to say the least, nothing like the pictures she advertised flowers are wilted and no more than a €15/€20 bunch of flowers charged €49 plus €10 delivery charge for the absolute disgrace she sent out ,
Asked for a refund that they can be collected hence I asked for a refund the day she was meant to deliver them which she gave no reply, response was send a picture to be told there fresh flowers and the premium range,at €49 you would expect more than I received in better condition.

Absolute Disgrace

1)I didn't received what I ordered.
2)Flowers are not fresh.
3)No one called to inform me that they do not have the flowers I bought. Bouquet was change without my knowledge.
4) Rather than nice surprise it was a huge 2disappointment.
That wasn't the first time for me using app to order flowers for my loved ones, but this time was definitely the worst. I did order the red roses, but the delivered flowers were pink and in a bad condition. Definitely not fresh. If they will last two days it would be a miracle. I wasn't inform about the change. Usually, when using different sites, I'm asked if I'm okay with the change. I do understand that the arrangement are different than the photo, but that never included different flowers.

I'm very disappointed. Definitely not recommended.
