I have now just received my 3rd pair of SW. I haven’t worn them yet but loving the summer look ( espadrille) they are a perfect fit.
I have a pair of ankle boots which I love, and a pair of stripy shoes. They are so comfortable. Fortunately I haven’t had to contact customer service for anything

Customer service
We contacted Sophia Webster due to a fault with a pair of sliders. They were very understanding on the telephone and sent over the form to complete. On completion, email correspondence was very quick from Kajal and their customer service has been brilliant. Would definitely order again from them.

The delivery was so fast it was at my house in just 2 days. Unfortunately they are not my size they are big and they are sold out in my size but I am so in love with every shoe this company releases! 💕
