The shop
Have a lot of different styles and offers and my daughter and I loving it!

What an amazing experience to shop in Sophia Websters magical shoe emporium in Sugar house Lane!! Even more special to be greeted by the charming little Roses!! Xx

Wow! What an experience! Definitely go and take a look at the amazing stock they have available, there was so much more than I thought and lots of sizes too. The customer service was 10/10. I felt so comfortable, was able to try on what I wanted and had lovely advice from Faye and even Sophia herself and her husband! I could have stayed there all day. Thank you so much again for a fab experience - will be recommending the sample sales to all my friends!

Love this brand! Their shoes are so dreamy and customer service is excellent!!

Love Sophia Webster shoes have many pairs and always feel very special wearing them, their customer service is also amazing timely responses and a great customer experinace each and every time.

I am a loyal and repeat customer with Sophia Webster. The personalised customer service offered by Faye and the team is second to none. They make every purchase special and treat their customers as friends. Communication is first class, transactions are efficient and the brand love to engage with customers across various platforms.
The products themselves are beautifully made and of exceptional quality across the portfolio- I have purchased shoes, bags AND jewellery and I receive endless compliments and queries every time I wear Sophia Webster items. I love this brand so much, I cannot say enough good things about the products and the team!

Faye at Sophia Webster really helped me pick the perfect style and fit for me. I’ve had so many compliments on my shoes and the service was amazing. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait for my next purchase. Thank you Faye. Xx

Meeting Faye was a delight. She was kind, friendly and charming. She is an asset to the SW brand as much as the shoes are! The temptation was real, but I bought just one cute pair I didn’t know I needed. I will be back ❤️

Today I went to the Sophia Webster store in London to check out some of shoes I had seen on their website.
Originally I had my eyes of a pair of boots but wow …… when I saw all the different types of shoes on display I knew I was buying more than just boots!
I’ve only recently discovered SW shoes and I love the way you can identify them without brash logos everywhere.
The lady in store Faye was super helpful and even showed me some shoes that had just arrived in but had t been put on sale yet ( yes I bought them 🤦‍♀️).
I managed to buy shoes that will get me through the rest of the year, summer sandals, high heels and boots. I also managed to get matching for my little girl. Will be keeping an eye out for when the new designs are launched.

A Huge Thank You to the Customer Service Team
I would like to express my sincere thanks to the customer service team for their amazing efforts in helping me find a pair of shoes my wife had been looking for.
I had completely forgotten to place the order and couldn’t find the shoes online, but the team went above and beyond. They acted swiftly, tracked down the shoes, and arranged for them to be posted by the end of the day, ensuring they arrived in time for our anniversary.
Their outstanding service, efficiency, and willingness to go the extra mile really made a difference and helped make our anniversary extra special.
Thank you all so much for your fantastic service. It is greatly appreciated and a credit to your team!

The store is what dreams are made of. The equivalent to an adult sweet shop! Such a great selection of shoes and sizes at great prices. Faye is amazing at helping you pick your perfect pair ( or 4) and extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all things SW - can’t wait to go back! It really is a lovely day out xx

I had the most wonderful experience shopping at Sophia Webster, all thanks to Fay! She was an absolute delight to talk to and treated us beautifully. Her customer service is incredibly engaging, warm, and loving. She truly made it the best shopping experience ever. I cannot wait to come back and shop with her again!

Such an amazing experience, the girls was so on the ball with getting the sizes and offering different options if they didn't have the size. Faye was especially incredible with her styling assistance and shoe knowledge!

Faye was absolutely wonderful and so helpful, all of the girls helped whenever we needed extra sizes and they had loads of ideas of what we would like. Had a lovely experience and very happy with my new shoes! Thank you!

The most incredible experience - it’s like going into actual shoe heaven. Sophia Webster is my favourite shoe brand and I LOVE going to see Faye, she ALWAYS goes above and beyond. Messaging me pictures whenever a new pair arrives on my sizes. The best heels on the planet, the most amazing service, and the best chats! Also her patience knows no bounds, she treats everyone with such kindness and care.
