This company offered me 10 usd for writing good review . I booked from this company I have points 700$ . They not give my points 2 months . Be careful everyday I write support everyday they lie . As you see 2 months later they reply . Be far from this company . They already have travel ban in Emirates . They can't move from uae .

Super easy - love the app, 0 issues with anything

They took money and they cancled me the ticket and then say they will return the money within 30 days. Give me y money back or issue the ticket sound dodgy and at least unprofessional

Solar trip is very good rates currently on all web and app are running. Process is very smooth.

Booked hotel accomodation through Solartrip. When booking, my web browser did not display a confirmation page, so I did not realise payment had been processed. I only noticed the duplicates when checking my emails and notified the agent immediately within minutes.

All three bookings have the same guest names and guest numbers, including a baby, confirming they are duplicates.

I have tried to resolve this issue with Solartrip, but the agent has not been helpful. They keep saying my bookings were intentional, there was nothing wrong with their booking page and they reached out to the hotel who they claimed would not approve the refund.

I then have reached out to the hotel myself and they IMMEDIATELY approved the refund as it was an obvious duplicate.
Still Solartrip keep saying they cannot refund me even though the hotel has approved it via email. This feels like a scam money grabbing company. Honestly it’s such a painful company to deal with and this issue has been stressing me out for weeks. It’s not an amount that I can afford to just let go as I am due to have refunded £800 due to the duplicates which the company consistently will not provide.
Using this booking platform has been my biggest mistake of late. Stick to the main large booking platforms so you don’t need to experience what I am going through. BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME AND MENTAL CAPACITY!
