I’ve been using this app for my stays and flights and it’s been excellent so far. The discounts on quality hotels are better compared to the big travel sites, plus they offer extra bonus points on top. The app is user-friendly and makes it easy to store my family members’ details for future bookings. I had a few queries for support and got an instant response, which was great. I’ve already made 10 bookings through the app and every experience has been smooth.

I booked WORST EXPERIENCE – DO NOT BOOK WITH SOLARTRIPbusiness class but was…
I booked business class but was downgraded to economy without any explanation. I immediately requested SolarTrip to cancel my booking and issue a refund. I even called the airline, and they confirmed that only SolarTrip can process the cancellation.
Despite this, SolarTrip repeatedly told me to contact the airline — completely ignoring the airline’s confirmation. I forwarded all the emails and proof from the airline showing that SolarTrip is responsible, but their support has been useless, unhelpful, and unresponsive.
Months have passed, and I still haven’t received my money back.
This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They do not care about their customers, do not resolve issues, and simply pass you around.
Avoid SolarTrip at all costs. If anything goes wrong, you will be left stranded and out of pocket.

We’re really sorry for the frustration this situation has caused. We're always in close contact with the airline to resolve issues, but sometimes a final resolution requires their direct action. Our support team is always ready to provide you with all the details needed to proceed with the airline.
Your feedback is really important, and we’ll work on getting better.

Sudden cancellation without a reason a trip with Solar Trip
booked a trip with Solar Trip, only to have it suddenly canceled without any explanation at all. No apology, no reason, nothing – just a cancellation out of nowhere. To make matters worse, they informed me that I have to wait up to 30 days to get my money back. This is completely unacceptable and I need them now because I have to rebook a new tickets and I don’t have any more.
When a company cancels a trip, the least they can do is communicate clearly and refund immediately. Instead, I’m left frustrated, disappointed, and without any trust in their service. Very unprofessional and unreliable – I would strongly advise others to avoid booking with Solar Trip.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand your frustration. Sometimes airlines don’t confirm tickets for different reasons, and we always notify our customers right away in such cases.
Refund processing times depend on your bank, but from our side, the payment is released immediately.
We hope to provide you with a better experience in the future.
Service below expectations but issue resolved

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
We want to clarify that bookings made through travel agencies may not be visible on carriers' websites. This is a common practice by airlines and often beyond our direct control. However, it doesn't restrict your ticket actions. With your reservation code (PNR) the airline can always locate your booking and assist you with any necessary actions.
We operate fully online and offer 24/7 support via chat to promptly assist you with any questions, including checking booking status and helping with changes where fare rules permit.
Worst customer service !!!
Worst customer service !!!
I requested for additional baggage after booking the tickets they said sorry not possible & to add from the counter, whereas as the airline said yes it's possible only with the Booking channel,
Very disgusting & disappointed will never use it again

Thank you for your valuable feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience.
We’re always ready to help when the option is available. But in some cases, post-booking modifications may be restricted for agencies by the airline.
We recommend adding extra services during the booking process or choosing a fare that already includes them.
Worst customer service
This is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had
I never imagined I’d have to deal with such unprofessional support
I asked a simple question: Can I book a seat on the flight through you?
After a very long wait, they finally replied saying I can book through the airline’s website or at the airport!
It was such a lazy and unhelpful response – either the agent was clueless or just being sarcastic
There’s no way this was a real customer service representative

Thank you for sharing your experience, and I’m sorry it wasn’t a good one. We always strive to assist with all aspects of your trip, but in some cases, carriers restrict certain services from being processed through our platform.
In such cases, we recommend checking the possibility of adding those services directly with the airline or at the airport.
Your feedback is really important, and we’ll work on getting better.
