Hi Sofia, very sorry to hear you think you think our plan is horrible. We checked your order and data usage. You have used 4.6GB on this data plan and yesterday used 900MB, today used 460MB so far. It seems working ok from the records of the system. If there is some weak signal or bad coverage in some area, it will be the local network issue, you can always switch to another operator to try. Very useful to have an esim in China which allow you to surf your mail Facebook and communicate through WhatsApp with ease. I did not give a 5 as in some places the Internet suddenly disappears. But it was not a major one. The customer service is very responsive.

Purchase easy and perfect, however - even if you buy with a european website in euro, payment is processed in dollar, which adds conversation fees to your credit card and eats possible reductions from codes :( ...network in china perfect, network in japan with several drop outs, especially Hokkaido area, registration in networks other than china (e. g. thailand, korea, japan) takes a couple of minutes, sometimes a restart of the mobile phone is necessary... if it's the point of first activation (even if the e-sim is already registered with the phone) wlan is always necessary to start the connection at all... however, best choice for the price i. m. o.

I am 90% sure it is just some settings on your phone not correctly done. Please check 2 settings: 1. Turn on data roaming for our eSIM; 2. Choose our eSIM as the internet data eSIM. Then it will work.

Bought the 30 days 15G package. Very useful ang good thru out the Tibet and Ali journey for the passed 20 day and no connection issue, of course signal at no man zone at Ali was interrupted including China local telco.
