I recently had a battery and inverter installed.Got in touch with solar heaven
They had my battery and inverter installed within four days and the cheapest I could find on the market the engineer was very helpful and polite made a fantastic job was very clean and tidy set everything up on my phone.

It all worked as it should and as described - which if find is rare these days! We use 10kw of power per day and were paying 25p per kw. Now I've got the Lux 9.4 battery I charge it up at night when the electricity is cheap ave 17p per KW. When the wind is blowing and the sun is shining they even pay you to use the elect! And if you are the Electric vehicle tariff it would be 8p

I had a new inverter and two batteries fitted in June. The fitter came when expected. He was pleasant and professional and after completing the work he set up the app on my phone. The system appears to be working well so I am very satisfied with Solar Heaven.

Great hassle free order, professional installation and trouble free customer service. Had an AC inverter and 6kwh battery added to my existing 4kw solar array system in Fife, Central Scotland. Installers were polite and on time and had system up and running in 3 hours which they fully explained afterwards. Very pleased with the job from start to finish, no pushy salesman. The enginers turned up on time to fit the system, They were friendly,and professional. A very tidy and efficient service, There was a problem with the inverter but Growatt came a few days later to fault find and replaced the inverter and again he was very pleasant and professional and sorted the system out. From start to finish, stress free and no pushy salesman. The batteries were delivered a couple of days before installation and the install team turned up on time to fit them. They were friendly,professional and knowledgeable regarding the product and it's installation. They took away all packaging and hoovered up the dust from drilling. A very tidy and efficient service, thank you John and Bradley. The accompanying monitoring app is very good too.

The installers were efficient and thorough despite delays with receiving the battery which came separately from the inverter.
They explained how the system linked to my existing solar panels and ensured all connections were working properly and tidy on completion.

To save any miscommunication company should/could email customers the installation date once deposit taken and installation date given, to save any issues. Hopefully my installation goes through on the new agreed date.
