I recently had spray foam removed from my house by Solar Heaven Limited, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. From the very first call, Dan was professional, transparent, and clearly knew his stuff. He explained the whole process in detail and kept me updated every step of the way.

The team turned up on time, worked hard, and were incredibly respectful of my home. They covered everything properly and left the place spotless once the job was done. It’s not an easy job, but they made it look smooth and stress-free.

Would recommend this company from start to finish, we made many different enquires into battery storage, solar heaven gave us clear, helpful advice, no pressured sales, nothing but a pleasure to deal with.. We had the Fox inverter and Fox Batteries installed, I would say by far the best value for money deal on the market. When It came to installation, John the installer was great, arrived on time he explained how the system worked and even put the app on mine and my wife phone. I would most definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for battery storage.

My elderly parents ordered their battery in June 2024, and 16 months later it has now been installed, and they can use their solar power system as intended.

I appreciate the company underwent a period of restructuring, and they struggled to locate a contractor in my parents area, but they were clearly not a priority.

I am satisfied that the situation has now been rectified, but would have preferred not to have to chase SolarHeaven before they took action.

I am hopeful that now the company has moved on from this restructure, they are in a better position to fulfill customer orders in a reasonable timeframe.

I have given three stars due to the excessive amount of time they waited for the battery installation; to clarify, the quality of workmanship and installation has not been an issue.

The supply and connection of 2 more lithium iron batteries was completed yesterday without any problems as promised and this doubled my storage capacity the guy doing the work was very competent and the work done without any problems

Honest, professional, helpful and informative. The installation day proceeded smoothly with the equipment arriving the evening before. The quality of the installation is very high, cabling is neat and well secured. The equipment packaging and dust from installation work was cleared away on completion. Follow-up advice on registering with energy companies was excellent.

Great experience from beginning to end. Minor delay because of backlog of work. Batteries and equipment delivered prior to installation. John the installer went above and beyond in fitting the system and making sure it functioned along side the Solar Edge panels. Only down side was that one of the batteries malfunctioned and had to be replaced, but thanks to Dan in the office, that was done during the install. All in all 10 out of 10 and very good value for money.

I undertook a detailed market review of Battery Installers following a visit from a high pressure salesman. I found an exceptional offer from Solar Heaven for a 16.2kW battery paired with a 5kW inverter and called Dan to discuss it.
I must admit I was very skeptical - an offer that appears to be too good to be true is to be avoided. Nevertheless, after more research into the company’s background and reviews on Trustpilot, I was convinced the offer was genuine.
I booked the installation for the next week and the following day I was offered a Saturday install.
John and Jack had some difficulties getting specialist parts as the trade outlets were shut, but we sourced them through a local contractor. They are very competent and worked diligently to make sure the installation was inconspicuous and had minimal impact on our supply arrangements.
Once the installation was complete they commissioned it and explained the two Apps on my mobile phone.
Solar Heaven do not have a travelling sales force which is a double edged sword - no pushy salesman but only Dan’s voice on a telephone. Their prices are very keen and there is reassurance that your money is secure as the deposit can be paid using a credit card. I am very glad I took Dan at his word as I can only describe the service provided by Solar Heaven as exceptional - delivered early, to quality and price!
