I found Solar Heaven Ltd to be very reliable, totally professional and honest. Highly recommended, if you're looking for a Solar battery system, these are the guys for you.
The installation engineers explained the system fully, and each step of the way John and Jack were a great team and excellent ambassadors for the company.
I have since, also found the company continues to be very helpful with any queries that I have had, in fact, Danny on sales has been great and always gets back to me!

Great company and knowledgeable Staff. Would highly recommend this company, albeit I only had an additional battery installed to my system. Pricing very good compared to the market. Thanks Dan (technical) & Kieron who installed the battery...

Excellent company , fast installation and best value .
Dan answered all tech questions and Kiran installed the whole system by himself - both stars in their own right.
System was 16.2 kWh and over £1500 cheaper than the any of the 6 quotations

Was initially sceptical, as first contact was through Facebook advert. But after an initial conversation with Dan about our requirements he sent very competative quotes for several capacity systems.
Decided to go with the 3x 5.4kWh Goodwe batteries and 5kW Goodwe inverter.
Installed by a couple of great guys John and Jack. Always consulted throughout installation process, on where I would like the equipment fitted, rather than what was easiest for them.
System is up and running perfectly.
I have no hesitation in recommending Solar Heaven, been a great company to deal with.

After some research looking for solar batteries we decided on Solar Heaven as they really can't be beaten on price. John and Brad installed the batteries and inverter and what a wonderful job! John is very knowledgeable on solar and Brad set up and explained how the app works.
We did offer to take the packaging away to the recycle as it was getting a bit late but no, they insisted on taking cardboard and so on with them. The house/garage was left spotless.
We cant recommend Solar Heaven, John and Brad highly enough. Very happy

We have had a 16 kw battery installed, which allows us to charge the batteries overnight on octopus energy intelligencmt tariff at 7p per kw and also during the day at certain times. This enables our air source heat pump to heat the house at 7p Kw all day , total cost £2 per day

Really easy professional company to deal with. Quick install of inverter and battery. Helpful information given on how it all works plus app that let's you know what is happening re power usage.

Good communications dealt with a number of unintentional delays. Battery & inverter fitted outside under small canopy. Installation very professional despite a couple of set backs.

I should have sorted out my tariff situation before installation. It's in hand now, but having a couple of days charging the battery on full rate!

The installation of my Lux battery and inverter was really great as I described in my earlier review and this is an update on how it has worked for the first two months. The 9.4kw battery has been excellent. Most days it is charged overnight using our cheap EV tariff and it runs the house for the whole day. It’s great to see the smart meter reading 0W being used all day. The only exceptions are of course when there is a very heavy load such as the electric shower or both ovens are on for the Sunday dinner. Also when we get a sunny day the battery gets topped up so less charge is needed to fill it up during the night. TheApp is great. Simple to use and you can see the flow of electricity from the solar to the battery or battery to the house. All in all an excellent investment.

Just a few words of gratitude to the guys firstly Dan from sales , excellent communication and delivery, and the system 16.2 kw battery storage with car charging Aswell , very professional lads which are Jon , Brad , and jack , really can’t fault anything at all total professionals clean , meticulous and attention to detail, they came promt and on time , took all the empty boxes away and stayed late to complete the installation, and it was an absolutely freezing day they carried on regardless!! True professionals thank you guys

Solar Heaven provided exactly what I wanted at a great price. The installers John and Brad were nothing short of superb. Not only were they very professional, they went well beyond their duty when they found a problem with my wi-fi signal link, which was not their fault but even so, they did not leave until they fixed the problem and up and running. Thank you so much Solar Heaven, especially John and Brad, probably the best there is.

I've been researching battery storage to go alongside my solar array for some time. I have to say, sadly, it feels very much like the 'wild west', with each different salesman telling you something different, and some even dissing the competition. In many ways, it feels very much like the bad old days of double glazing salespeople!

So, I must admit, I've been very cautious with my approach, and developed a short-list, of which Solar Heaven was one. What put me off was that they're a comparative new company, but at the end of the day, I was buying a known, trusted product (Growatt 6.5w), and they sent me details of John, the installer well in advance. He sent me though all of his certificates and credentials, and I decided to go with them. Installation date was arranged for the following week, and I paid 25% upfront. We agreed a date and John messaged me to tell me he was running a bit late. John and his son, Bradley turned up, we discussed where the battery was to go, and the best way to run the cable to the mains meter. I left them to get on to it, and within a few hours all the installation had been wired up, except there was no sign of the battery, which had been due to arrive at 1pm. three hours later, in darkness, the 70kg battery arrived, and was quickly connected and we were up and running. John took me through the app and explained how I could monitor my usage.
Throughout, he was nothing but polite, very tidy and very keen to please. He even massaged me the next day to say he'd checked on-line and everything was working fine.
I could not recommend John and Solar Heaven more. Trust your instincts, and you'll be well-served!

Had battery and inverter supplied and fitted by solar heaven ,great to deal with on the phone no hassle, installers John and Brad were great clean and tidy job no hassle very polite and professional, and a great help when it came to setting up the app couldn’t of been more helpful thanks again John and Brad 👍
