Customer service is non-existent. Still waiting on an order to be delivered and have enquired about it twice via the usual channels but with no response. For the price point the customer service needs to be miles better.

Despite myself and Soho Home being catastrophically let down by their transport carrier Wincanton Laura was fantastic at resolving the issues and coordinating with myself and the Wonderful Clarck & Rose Aberdeen to carry out the delivery.

I had to contact Soho Home help line about a lack of an email confirming my order (this was completely my fault for mis entering my email). We have used Soho Home on two occasions to assist in designing the interior of our properties. Gamze has been outstanding on both occasions, never pushing products, but giving honest advice & providing design plans that we have been “over the moon” with. For anyone considering a home makeover, I would highly recommend Soho Home, as the quality of the products are excellent & I would definitely recommend booking Gamze to style your interior.

We had ordered a nightstand that came with a different set of handles than what was advertised. Our support rep, Daisy was on top it. She was in constant touch with us, keeping us in the loop at every step of the process. Our new handles were finally delivered and we are delighted with how it turned out. Sophie has been very helpful and effective sorting a situation with a recent delivery where the delivery staff did not unbox a large mirror. She sorted everything on a timely manner (case 03184193) and has been super cooperative on many occasions with different deliveries.

I had a wonderful experience with Soho Home support. One of my glasses arrived broken and the team responded extremely quickly and professionally. Laura was very helpful, kind and resolved the issue immediately by arranging a replacement set.
