Sofology - Wednesbury Arvostelua

Pati was excellent giving us time space to decide on our purchase. When I return to pay the store was closing but she stayed on proving her professionalism.
Very impressed.

I had a great experience at sofology. The staff was welcoming and really helpful. She helped sort out the accurate measurement sofa.

The store is laid out really well and you can try everything out and the staff are really helpful and there is no hard sell pressure from any of them which is a relief

Great service by harrison, answered every question we had and supplied us with the exact sofa we wanted

Patty is extremely knowledgeable and ensured everything we wanted in our sofa was there

Sales assistant was very helpful and polite.

Wide choice of sofas and very helpful assistants who explained everything very well

Over the moon with my new sofa great service
Thank you

Came in to potentially get a new sofa, left with a complete living room redesign thanks to Patrycja, she even offered to come and help us choose flooring, give the woman a pay rise!

Very good customer service

We saw two sales assistants on two separate occasions. Both had excellent product knowledge and navigated the pricing through the IT system with speed and skill on a range of the options we had shortlisted.

Harrison was brilliant. He was helpful, non-pushy and knowledgeable. He provided us with more useful nuggets of information than DFS, the Italian place and Oak Furniture store. We appreciate good customer service and Harrison delivered.

Quick and easy

I bought a Sofa from sofology the Allure corner sofa. The sofa did not even survive 5 months of use. The leather started to peel in different areas. Reason was given we were using the sofa. A sofa is not for show is it is for use, my hands will go on there so will body oils. It doesn't mean the sofa should start to detoriate so early. I understand a year or 2 after sofas looses their look but it shouldn't peel to the point where the white cushion is showing. Im definitely sure this is not pure leather its mixed with plastics. I bought the sofa for nearly £4000 pounds. Please save yourself and do not buy from sofology. The worst quality sofa I have ever seen and used

Great customer service. Only thing to improve was the wait on the sofa. 11weeks until it will be delivered!

Would highly recommend Yameen (Yammy) at Sofology Wednesbury. Recently purchased 2 new sofas over the May Bank Holiday. Yameen was polite, professional and adopted the no pressure sales approach which was perfect. I found him very helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do a deal with. Thanks for a hassle free customer experience and keep up the great work! Danny
