Sofology - Thurrock Arvostelua 6 006

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Sofology.

I spent £8,000 on two sofas, and both were delivered faulty from day one. It was very difficult and time-consuming to get through to customer service to report the issues. Once the faults were finally logged, replacement parts were sent — but this took between two weeks to a month each time. To make matters worse, the parts arrived faulty on three separate occasions.

After the correct parts eventually arrived, technician visits were arranged. However, despite at least seven separate visits — each requiring me to stay home all day — the faults were never properly fixed.

It has now been almost a year, and both sofas are still not in working condition. I requested a refund or replacement, but instead I was offered just £50 as compensation. This is frankly unacceptable considering the amount of money spent and the ongoing inconvenience.

I am left with two faulty sofas in my home, £8,000 out of pocket, and a year of wasted time and frustration. This has been an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Steve served us today. He was very nice and went out of his way to be super friendly and helpful, made us feel at ease throughout the whole process, and was very informative about the Sofa that we wanted to buy. Thank you!

Great service

Steve was very welcoming and chatted as we were old friends. He applied no pressure at all which was most rehefresting. He explained very clearly and to the point, I have chatted to sales persons but with Steve it was rehefresting. Very good sales person. I have never been in sofology before and I felt the quality was good and just what I was looking for. Overall a good experience.

Sadd was very honest and helpful in regards to what would work for myself and in my home. He gave a lot of time to us when visiting today. He was super friendly too and we actually went back asking for him specifically to deal with the purchase, he gave us a a few options as to what would suit us which was nice.

Went into Thurrock Sofology, just for a look around,assistant welcomed us and left us to browser. Spotted something we liked ,called Terese over,she was so helpful.
We ended up buying a sofa thanks to Teresa.

A really relaxing and unpressurised experience due to the welcoming and friendly nature of the sofology salesman Saad. He was friendly and informative and explained everything clearly. 10/10 from me. You got a great guy there .
