I had a fantastic experience at Sofology Thurrock and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Teresa. She was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Teresa was friendly, helpful, professional, and genuinely interested in making sure we found exactly what i was looking for.
Teresa made the whole experience easy and enjoyable, answering all my questions and giving me excellent advice without any pressure. Her customer service was outstanding and really made a difference.

Pleasant & Positive Experience
We had a very pleasant and positive experience in Sofology, thanks to Saad, the sales assistant who introduced himself and provided us with the help we required. Saad was great, not pushy at all and was able to answer all our questions. So much so that when we returned the following week to place an order, we specifically looked to speak to him again. Quick and Easy Sofa order
From all the choices available to us and several stores, making a decision was not easy!

Quality of service and personal attention from John
