Really helpful and friendly
Really helpful and friendly, there was a lovely lady there (unfortunately did not get her name) but she interacted with our son so well even gave him a biscuit and some colouring activity pack. Jordan was lovely too!

Staff are really polite
Staff are really polite, helpfull and patient. They don't rush you into a decision. Very informative in terms of the process, levels of services and range of products. They helped occupy my children so I could make an informative decision in peace. I won't go anywhere else with sofa buying. So far I am a very happy customer.

Very knowledgeable sales people
We called into our local (Royton/Chadderton) store to look around for a new suite and we're immediately welcomed to look around by Hannah. There was such a large choice to choose from and eventually we decided to ask for details of the Allure suite. Hannah was more than knowledgeable about the product and showed us everything that it was capable of doing. Originally we had only came to look around with no intention of purchasing on the day but after our great experience this morning and with interest free credit offered, we decided to go ahead and order. Now looking forward to having it delivered (hopefully before xmas). I would highly recommend a visit if you are in the market for a new suite.
