Lovely staff
There were 2 members of staff who were just lovely at the Oldham store. They were helpful and friendly and really knowledgeable.
A big reason why I decided to buy from Sofology was down to these 2 people as well as finding a beautiful sofa that I can't wait to see in my new home.

The representative was approachable
The representative was approachable, we literally had 15/20 minutes left before store was about to be closed for Easter weekend. He was quick and managed to explain things in time.

We ordered the sofa nice n easy.
Then decided to change the colour twice.
No fuss all done quick.
No problem for the Royton Sofologists .
Paul was our salesperson, a young man on reception changed the colour for us .

Relaxed & Helpful
Me and my partner had a nice relaxing experience at Sofology when buying our new sofa. Special mention to Jordan who was very pleasant with us and helped us through the process. He left us to test out sofas without feeling pressured but was on hand if we had any queries.
