Thank you for awarding us 5 stars Nicky
Good experience
We were welcomed into the store by Sai who asked our requirements and led us to the units that related to our needs. she explained all the options and answered all questions honestly, the main thing for us was that Sai was not pushy and did not pressure us for a sale, if she had we would have left the store. All in all Sai provided a positive purchase experience.

From browsing around the store to making a purchase was effortless, I would highly recommend a visit to Sofology if you’re looking for some new furniture, and if Sai assists you, you will be in very good hands. The entire team in the store were incredibly welcoming and even remembered me from my first visit a few weeks ago, which was such a lovely touch. Kate was outstanding in helping me find the perfect sofa for my home—she was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely understanding of our needs. Truly first-class service from start to finish. Sales experience
No pushy sales people, just friendly advice & chat. We weren't ready to buy when we started looking. But that wasn't a problem to Kate.
We went back to buy & had a similar experience with another person
I can't fault them
