Sofology - Manchester Arvostelua

Great service

Justine was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Her knowledge was outstanding. I never felt pressured at all it was one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. Sarah was also amazing and everything just felt so comfortable. I can’t wait to receive my sofa. Thanks girls.

very friendly knowledgeable staff who went out of his way to help, nothing was too hard for him to ensure we purchase the correct item.

The staff was friendly and answered all our questions.

friendly knowledgeable staff . Non pressurized sale

I am really disappointed with my delivery, I was expecting my chair and my sofa. Monday of last week I received an email saying my new sofa was being delivered. However my chair wasn't being made as it was the one from the showroom. My delivery came but only my chair arrived after being promised on 2 occasions that the full suite was coming

When we arrived at the store the customer adviser introduced herself to use as Leanne and when we needed advice she was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about all the products. We felt very comfortable with our whole experience and didn't feel pressured into making a decision and was left to browse at our own leisure. Once again would like to thank Leanne for all her help.

Kas and Justine what a dream team, sofology are so lucky to have employee’s like this, they are amazing, they are so welcoming and friendly we would never go elsewhere to purchase a sofa now! 2nd one wow wow what amazing team of people!

The customer service was amazing clean showroom very well presented definitely recommend

The lady who greeted me was very helpful and pleasant. She guided me to the sofa I’d seen before in a different branch. When my payment via my phone was proving tricky she was patient and helpful. She was professional and friendly and I felt she did a good job.

Rose's experience and guidance were first rate. Thanks.

I had a great experience in shop with will he explained everything nicely and was very pleasant but then i had trouble trying to pay the balance it kept throwing up the phone number from my last purchase with you 10 years ago which was very frustrating it has since been rectified thankfully

Excellent service, great sofa, perfect experience 🙏

Happy was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. They explained everything to me step by step and made sure I understood all the details. They went through every offer carefully, and even when I had more questions, they answered each one patiently without rushing. Thanks to Happy’s excellent service, we left feeling very happy and satisfied. Thank you, Happy!

I had a really great experience purchasing my couch at sofology in White City. Leanne especially was amazing, going above and beyond for my families needs and wants.

I only bought a small item and I am very pleased with it.

I just found.d the whole experience very pleasant, the salesman was so helpful and of course the coffee helped me enjoy sitting in my soon to be new chair. I would recommend sofology.

Excellent service. Happy was excellent

The staff were friendly but not pushy and that is what we like , to be left alone to browse but have someone there if we ask . All in all we bought a sofa after lots of trying the style we wanted from here and other stores .
