Sofology - Ipswich Arvostelua 

Dealt with Gabi at the Ipswich store , she made everything very easy for my elderly mother to understand. Very professional and great customer service ….

Popped in for a quick look and ended up woth a sofa and chair. Paul was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

It looks to be good furniture with reasonable prices. The salesman seemed to know his job and was very pleasant.

Awful experience. Spent well over an hour in store discussing the sofa and dimensions and was assured that the corner part of sofa would come apart to accommodate our doorways. We took our own measurements and was assured that this would not be a problem and the delivery team would get the sofa in by removing headrests.

We then wait from March to June and hear nothing. Chase sofa up and finally get a delivery day in July. Sofa arrives and does not fit, we say OK, but you can remove headrests? They try but they don't remove and the delivery is failed.

We are told by the delivery team, don't worry, we have technicians who can take this apart. We'll get it sent to them. They leave and we hear nothing again until we chase 3 days later.

We are then told technicians can't take apart and as we have breached the contract by not ensuring sofa fits we have to lose 25% of the total cost of the sofa.

I'm on the phone now with them and they are not budging saying that they will have to see if the sales person remembers saying that the headrests can be removed 4 months ago for us to get our deposit refunded and the order cancelled. I suspect that they will have no recollection for fear of reprisals from this shocking company!

Absolutely shocking service, will not let me speak with a manager and is not listening to my concerns.

Avoid at all costs.

UPDATE - After threatening legal action my deposit has now been returned.

Helpful assistance without being intrusive. Knowledgable about products and guidance with comparing products.

We went to Sofology at Ipswich. Paul was our assistant, he was very knowledgable on the sofa we wanted and therefore we bought 2 2 seater sofas,

Worst company ever! Brought two sofas in-store the sales lady clearly just wanted the sale. Delivery day came earlier than expected forcing us to hurry with our renovations and pay extra to ensure the room was ready for the sofas. Then the sofa came too large to fit in our house when the we was told it was broken down for delivery, the delivery people had nothing positive to say about the company, was swearing and said this had happened multiple times that day. I straight away contacted customer services who said it would take 72 hours for someone to be in touch but that we should keep chasing it. After 71 hours someone called to say they had broken the sofa down and it would now fit. Second delivery attempt nothing had changed sofology did not break the sofa down they just thought it would magically fit. The definition of insanity doing the same thing multiple times expecting different results. Customer services just keep saying we will be in contact in 72 hours with the only resolution being to take the window out at our expense. None of this was communicated to us when we purchased the sofa, the customer service is very clearly used to this but no one actually had a solution. Abysmal customer services

My family visited the store a couple of times as we are looking for a family sofa to accommodate all of us.
Both times the service was amazing and they even let us take home a some colour samples to see which one was best suited in the light in our home.
This made up our minds on the sofa and the colour we wanted and ordered from them.

Peter Robinson at Sofology in Ipswich was brilliant, great customer service ordered a couple of weeks after speak to him and getting out login etc
Cannot wait for delivery

How many times do we need to send you videos of the problem we have with your sofas before we get it resolved. Please do not reply to say contact us, as spending 20 minutes or more to finally speak to someone only for them to ask for a recording again. You have the technician report, saying we have a problem.
One thing we have learnt is your customer care team do not know your products, so they need training. They need to know which sofas have removable cushions and which do not.
Today (11th) we’ve been told we have a solution, you are replacing them. Let’s hope the new replacements are unmarked when they arrive and we do not have the same problem.

Really pleased about the service given by Paul and looking forward to getting our new settee

Gabby the young lady that helped us in the Ipswich store was excellent. She was extremely polite and professional and answered every question we had with ease.

Excellent service with Nikola at Sofology Ipswich, she was outsatnding, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable, we will 100% recommend sofology in the future.

Staff were really helpful and informative. Friendly not pushy. Gave us plenty of time on our own to discuss and think anout our purchase.

I recently visited Sofology and overall had a positive experience. The staff were friendly, approachable, and willing to answer questions without being overly pushy, which made browsing much more comfortable. They took the time to explain the different sofa options, fabrics, and delivery process clearly, which was very helpful.

The team were professional and patient throughout, and I appreciated the support they provided while helping me make a decision. Overall, a good experience with helpful staff and room for small improvements
