First contact with Emma was a friendly…
First contact with Emma was a friendly Hello as I walk around the store. I was left to browse which is lovely to do. As I had visited my local store and was hounded by a member of staff.
When I seen sofa I liked and was sitting Emma came over to ask if I needed any information. She was friendly and not pushy. She then sent email with information so I could go home to check measurements. I do have doubts about delivery and after sales from friends and family members who have had poor experience with yourselves! So watch this space!

Great service from Danielle. She was friendly and cheerful throughout our interactions. She took a no pressure approach and was more than willing to help out. She answered all of our questions and made things very easy for us.

Great sofa shopping experience
Had a very relaxed and enjoyable chat in store this morning with Emma. Which resulted in us buying our new sofa. She went above and beyond to help as I am quite fussy. Overall 10/10

Visited Gateshead store, staff were very helpful. Gave me all info such as sizing and whether sofa could be separated for delivery. Sheena supported with purchase, friendly and professional.
