We were left alone to peruse the ranges but she was always on hand to answer any questions. Once to decision to purchase a particular sofa she explained the process very well.

I have already submitted a great review for sofology. The young lady who helped us was fantastic. Very friendly, informative and a friendly face who made us feel relaxed and happy to view the various sofas available. I cannot remember the girls name however I did learn towards the end of the sale that she was new to the company and to be honest very professional and an asset to the team.....

Lovely sales staff Rhianna , she explained everything and helped us put everything in the basket as we had not decided. Also followed up with a phone call. Not got the goods yet, but hopefully it will go as smoothly as the ordering

Good customer service and found what I was looking for. Encouraged to wonder around at my own pace and try different sofas. Ended up buying the first I seen. Salesman was friendly and explained everything to us regarding payment, cleaning etc etc.
