Cheltenham Store friendly staff
Just ordered a sofa from the Cheltenham store with Liam and the process was quick and easy - even the finance agreement. Much credit to Lola who helped us choose the actual sofa over 2 separate visits. Not pushy at all, she knew the products, was patient as we dithered, and had a pleasant and easy nature. In fact we had a laugh!

Great customer service!
Visited Cheltenham branch and was attended too by Lola, nothing was too much trouble and made the experience very easy. Great to see real customer service is not dead! Well done Sofology!

The help was there as soon as we entered the store we were offered coffee and all the advice we needed after picking the chair we wanted we were advised to look around to make that was the only one for us great service
