I ordered the Big baluga whale and found the Quality for the price paid isn't satisfactory. When received it was dirty and smelled like chemicals. Won't be ordering again.

Small sizing, slow delivery.
Delivery very slow- granted this was due to a problem with the courier and not the seller.
Pyjamas sent to my sister for her birthday, she reports not good quality item and sizing very small. I ordered medium for her- she is size 8-10 uk and she reports they are too small.
Have liased with customer service regarding delayed delivery and they were helpful, but I would not use again.

I purchased the hat for my wife as a Christmas present, unfortunately, I was too late in ordering it, and it got here right after Christmas, despite that when she opened it, she literally squealed! She absolutely loves it,It’s very cute and it’s made very well! High quality fabric, and craftsmanship! I am very pleased with this purchase!

Absolutely Perfect.
The package arrived in perfect condition and the pillow looks amazing! It made a wonderful gift. Customer service was incredible. They were very accommodating and quick to respond. I thoroughly enjoyed this purchase!

The top bit of the zip broke in days, the quality of the stitching on the inside was not worth the money I paid lots of loose threads. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase from this site
