The aligners are ok I guess. I have no basis for comparison, but the customer service is terrible. I had to continually contact them just to get what I paid for, what they agreed to provide. I took advantage of a promotion for free molding kit and retainers, but they charged my the full price. I had to call twice to get them to honor the promotion. After the first mold was incorrect, no one bothered to tell me. After 3 weeks I called and another molding kit was sent. Again the mold was not good. I guess I'm terrible at molding, but again no one contacted me about it. Finally the third mold was accepted, and I was told it would take 3 weeks to receive my aligners. The plan seems to have worked well and my teeth do look better, but after loosing my retainers, I had to go through the whole thing all over. I called to order replacements. Replacements are $80 but they offered 2 for $100 (such a scam If you can make a second set for $20, you can make the first set for $20 also they know people are going to agree to the extra $20 especially after losing the first set but whatever. losing them was my fault). They were quick to charge my credit card but 5 weeks later, still no retainers. Call after call and each time was told someone would call me back, but no one did. STILL WAITING!!!

Im so excited to have a great smile without having several dental appointments and my treatment was completed in 13 months! I love my new smile! Snap correct is the way to go!!

I had to get use to wearing these so long each day. Bonus, I don't snack as much. But I love these. I can really tell they are working & no visits to the ortho. Highly recommend!! Plus he teeth whitener is awesome.

I had a ton of trouble making my impressions perfect & the staff at snap correct made me not give up! & continued to work with me until they were! I’m so thankful for all the help they’ve given me today!

I have had a wonderful experience. The aligners are really clear and are barely noticeable and I was able to go through the steps quickly. It only took me 3 months to o through all the steps and get to the retainers and my teeth look great. I highly suggest paying for your entire plan upfront so that you get all your aligners sent to you at once and that way you can move up as your teeth move instead of having to wait for your next aligners.

I went through all the steps from 3 sets of impressions that were unacceptable, then drove to Vancouver, Wa to have 3 more impressions until one was correct, then I answered all the questions and then I paid for everything in full and waited for about 3 weeks with no word from them. Finally I called them to ask when I could expect the slingers and was told I could not do this because of a drug I take that cannot be taken with aligners. I only give 1 star because I went through a lot and they should have been able to screen me out in the beginning before you are even sent the impression kits.

Snapcorrect saved my smile. I had a bad over bite and gap, and snapcorrect is fixing it in less than a year where as my braces took roughly 5 years. definitely recommend to anyone wanting to fix their smile.

So far I'm on my 4th set of trays and I can immediately see a huge difference. I have 17 trays total so I can't even imagine how better my smile will be. The customer service was pretty great and they were so helpful. I have already recommended this to my other family members

I am an adult that spent 6 years in braces as a child. In my late twenties, my teeth started to move and I became the girl who didn’t smile showing her teeth. I was embarrassed. I came upon Snapcorrect by accident and chose them because of their actual “invisible” aligners. Without truly knowing, I thought the cut out around the teeth would be better cosmetically and I was right!

My treatment plan was 9 months. I am currently wearing my retainers at night only and there doesn’t seem to be much backward movement. My top teeth look perfect and my bite is so much more comfortable! I get compliments from my family members all the time. The bottom teeth, which were definitely more problematic, aren’t as perfect as they were with braces. I think most of that is because of their shape once they started to move. (My front bottom tooth is a tad taller than the other. Minuscule things.)

The first few days of the new aligner had some soreness. I looked forward to being mid-week when starting a new aligner, but it was smooth sailing after those few days.

If you aren’t in need of major dental correction, I wholeheartedly recommend the SnapCorrect system. I never had any trouble with the mouth mold at the beginning and they shipped out all of my aligners within a couple of weeks.

Never could get the mold to mold correctly to my teeth. I asked for a larger mold they said NO. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they took my money 3 times and would not give me a refund for the molds that did not work. I viewed the video each time and it did not work. STAY AWAY!!!

So far I am really happy with the results! The changes are amazing and I was able to wear them at work with no issues. My one critique is that the website is really set up to sell the product and get things started but there is really nothing to show your progress, track your next delivery or much available once you have started. I wish there was a much more interactive part of the website for those in treatment.
But otherwise it has been a pretty easy process,
