Sur ce site, c'est l'IA qui te génère un logo. A vrai dire je suis bluffée car j'ai vraiment adoré une de leurs propositions, j'ai juste adapté avec des couleurs qui me correspondaient plus.
Le point noir c'est le prix, en gros il ne faut jamais payer le prix normal, cliquez pour demander une réduction au max (j'ai été trop bete pour le faire 😅).

I am editing my reply to add context seen as you have replied 18 months later.
My receipt number is #69304099.
So claiming you have no record of my purchase looks very bad on your part. I bought a logo for €104.99.
After the purchase I realised it was no good to me because it was on a white background and useless because I couldn't use it on promotional material with a white background. After numerous emails to your "support team" I learned that it would cost me more money to get the logo on a transparent background. As a small business having spent €104.99 on a useless product that was misold is the first place I definitely was not going to spend more money.
The communication was very bad and eventually your "support team" stopped replying when it became clear that I wouldn't be spending more money.
I find your response to my review in bad taste, even insinuating that I was never a customer in the first place. You had the opportunity to resolve 18 months ago.
You had my money and no interest after that.

Tsja een beetje misleid. Ik dacht er een hele Font bij te krijgen, het hele alphabeth en overige tekens. Ik heb ze zojuist gemaild met die vraag of zij mij die kunnen toesturen. Alleen t logo had ik dan net zo goed een printscreen van kunnen maken.

A logo package includes the finished logo files - not the complete font family with every letter, number and symbol. Logo designers generally do not provide the actual font or its licence unless that is explicitly included as a separate deliverable, even though I understand that you might had a different expectation.
A screenshot may look similar on screen, but it doesn’t provide scalable files, transparent backgrounds, print-ready quality - or the commercial licence required to use the logo legally.
In other words: a screenshot captures the image. The package gives you the files and rights to use it.

You’re right - the free download includes a watermark. The free part is creating and previewing as many logos as you like; the paid part is receiving the unwatermarked, high-resolution files and commercial rights.
If the finished product were free as well, we’d have created a wonderfully generous business model, just not a particularly sustainable one.
Take all the time you need to design. You only pay when you find a logo worth keeping.

You can create and preview as many logos as you like for free, without signing up. Payment and an account are only required when you decide to download the finished logo with high-resolution files and commercial rights.
So yes: free to create, not free to take the finished product. A small distinction, perhaps - but an important one.

Nooit mee gaan werken. Ze doen het heel mooi voorkomen, maar ondertussen betaal je enkel voor een ontzettend simpel icoontje met jouw bedrijfsnaam. Absoluut geen mooie lay-out voor een visitekaartje, terwijl ze dit wel zo afbeelden. Ik zou er nooit meer mee gaan werken. Erg slecht.

We understand the result felt too simple for your taste. Simplicity, however, is usually a feature in logo design - not a manufacturing defect.
The business-card images are mockups showing how a logo can look in use, they are not a promise of a bespoke business-card layout. What you purchased was a logo package, not a complete stationery design service.
It may not have matched what you imagined, and that’s fair. But “not what I expected” and “not what was offered” are two different things.

Heb het pakket van €120 dacht ik
Ben er echt super blij mee je krijgt echt super veel voor terug
Als je logo hebt gemaakt en naar betalen gaat staat er onder de pakketen download een proef voorbeeld
Daar kun je dus zien wat je krijgt lijkt een beetje onduidelijk tot je er beetje in gaat zoeken etc
Dus ik vindt dat ik een review moest schrijven want ik ben er oprecht blij mee
En die andere reactie hier dat het een scam is onzin
