wir verstehen, dass dir €50 zu viel waren. Vielleicht hättest du das Logo auch nicht für ein professionelles Business gebraucht, sondern eher als Hobby.
Eine kleine Korrektur - unsere Logo-Pakete beginnen bereits bei €29.99... und Preis sowie Leistungsumfang werden vor dem Kauf transparent angezeigt. Preislich liegen wir damit durchaus im unteren Bereich, verglichen zu unseren Konkurrenten.
Wenn du dein Logo günstiger wo anders bekommen hast, und es deinem Qualitätsanspruch gerecht wird, dann passt das auf jeden Fall gut!

we just officially claimed the profile with Trustpilot this month, so my apologies for the late reply here.
We found the transaction. The order was completed correctly, but the email address you have entered at checkout contained a typo, so the delivery email could not reach you. (kwarmo instead of kwarno)
Our colleague Dominik also replied to your support request within one hour to help resolve the issue.
So this wasn’t a case of paying and receiving nothing, just one misplaced letter sending the email in the wrong direction. I hope in the meantime you saw the email from Dominik but if not - please reach out to us via support@smashinglogo.com and you will get the account access.

Could you confirm whether you downloaded the free trial version? Trial files are intentionally low-resolution and include a watermark. Every paid package includes high-resolution files.

Just to clear this up: generating and previewing logos is free. You only pay if you choose to download the high-resolution files and commercial ownership rights.
We also don’t charge £190. Our packages start at £19.99, with the price shown clearly before purchase - so thankfully, no one is being ambushed by a mysterious £190 logo bill.
You’re absolutely free to decide it isn’t worth paying for. But “I didn’t want to buy it” and “I was charged £190” are two very different reviews.

I just created a logo yesterday and I love it! Don't know what people are talking about with bad reviews. I've used many A.I logo brands and smashing logo was the best one. I paid for "Business" and got everything I paid for.

I'm using their service for over a year, I needed to rebrand my metaoftime.co.uk
They have never failed me and I decided to leave a review only to be completely shocked by the negative reviews! I don't understand, honestly.
I paid premium and I got premium. People who complain that they got watermark, oh, give me a break...How do you expect to get everything for free? Do you also sell your services for 0$?
Anyway, I love how much you can play with your design, you can change it, you have a lifetime access as well, all the colour scheme is there, your font... and you can download the logo for Social Media, for Web etc etc.... You also get animation of your logo!
I needed help only one time and their customer support was kind and fast!
