Smart Kids Planet Arvostelua

Donna was fantastic. She helped me pick up something suitable for my grandchild, after my choice wasn’t in stock. Terrific over the top customer service. Very impressed

My granddaughter said she wanted a real robot for her 5th birthday so I searched the internet and found Carle! Carle had great reviews but what sold it for me was the company! I love the way they categorize their products by agesabd tgey have so many to choose from. In fact, Ive found items for her for the next decade😉😁👏!!!

Oh by the way, she absolutely loves Carle😁👏💯!!!

Wonderful items. Came in good condition.

Donna provided excellent customer service in a very professional manner. This is so deeply appreciated!

The products are good. Well assembled good composition. My “12 GREATS” love their gifts. Just wish I could include a gift card.

This company excels in customer service! I've never had a better experience. Their response time is amazing. Their staff is wonderful. It was a delight to deal with them, even though I had a problem. The problem was resolved within a few hours!!!

Easy to shop here! Received product quickly . Would shop on this site again !
Customer service is great

I hesitate recommending this company .
I ordered a v-tech phone and paid over 60.00 including shipping .The phone arrived in an Amazon prime envelope . I needed to return the phone and Amazon stated they would reimburse me 17.87 . What a huge markup ! I did contact American Express as well as the company . American Express confirmed this company charged my card over 60.00! The company did respond back and offered to honor the 17.87 price ! I am taken back at the huge mark up and will
Not plan to do business with this company ever again ! Buyer beware !
I sent this item back to Amazon and then received an email requesting that I get the companies return label in 48 hours and send the item to them
! This is my one day off as a nurse and I have been dealing with this V-tech phone all day ! What a nightmare and a huge waste of time and money ! I am
Beyond pissed !
Janet in North Carolina !

An update on Oct 1st 2026:I received an email from
The company today offering to give me a full refund for the V-tech phone ! I have accepted the offer and do appreciate them reaching back out to me with their very good customer service ! I would recommend price shopping before purchasing on line . I am
Satisfied with the responses I have received from this company .
I look forward to seeing a full credit on my American Express card for 60.00 and change .

Idk if this site is fraudulent or just trying to make a quick buck on unsuspecting parents. A toy listed for $50+ on their site is listed as $17 elsewhere. The toy is nice and I can see it costing that in this crazy economy but definitely giving scammer vibes. Double check the items online prior to purchase.

Super easy and exactly what we wanted. Arrives fast.

Products are decent but overpriced compared with other retailers. I had an issue with a refund, but the company was responsive to my concerns and did offer a full refund. In the end, I was satisfied with the interaction.

Fast delivery and a quality product.

When I placed an order for a gardening set for my sister’s 4 year old grandson, I failed to change the delivery address to her address. I emailed Smart Kids Planet and got a personal email back that the delivery address had been changed - confirming the change in address. WOW. Then their tracking info kept me apprised of the progress. Delivered to the address well in time for my grand nephew’s birthday. Thank you!

The gift I chose for my great-granddaughter Aubree was a big hit. It was not only entertaining, it was educational, introducing her to a variety of animals making the same noises they would make in their natural habitat. I think what she enjoyed most were the songs which were done very well.
The gift arrived safely, well wrapped, with clear instructions in plenty of time for her party.

The Wonderful World Of Learning Globe is an EXCELLENT toy/tool/gift!! Every day as Giovanni goes off to school he tells us things about a new country he has discovered. He loves this globe and we love seeing him enjoy learning.

Donna was amazing, as I needed to add a gift note to the toy for our grandson. She responded quickly and added it to the order! Big selection of toys that are great for kids and developing various skills.

The games I've bought are very high quality, are genuine, and encourage creativity. I highly recommend them.

I had a question about shipping since I was worried my order might not arrive in time for a birthday. I reached out to their customer service team via email on a holiday, and heard back with a personal, tailored response within a few hours. I had opted not to pay for expedited shipping, and was concerned my order might not be processed the next business day. The person I corresponded with wrote back multiple times, with clear, comprehensive information, and made sure my order was processed the very next business day after the holiday. On top of that, they sent me a 10% off code for any future order. This wasn't my first time ordering from Smart Kids Planet and it definitely won't be my last.

Great toy. Seamless and easy to navigate website. Highly recommended!!

Smart Kids Products provided a quality product that exceeded our expectations, and just as importantly, were able to deliver above on short notice. Much appreciated. And would certainly recommend their products to anyone, and will purchase again.
