Very easy to place an order, the instructions were solid, seems well designed and I think it’s a good value for the $. My only (potential) knock is that the package appeared to be missing two nuts for the ladder. There’s a possibility I simply misplaced them, which is why the 5 star rating is maintained. We previously had a trampoline without the netting, which induced anxiety in us. Glad we switched.

I set up the trampoline yesterday. It looks to be great quality and directions made it easy to build (two people ate needed). I do have one concern as the legs tilt inwards and worried that it may cause it to collapse when kids are jumping. I may just be over thinking though.

Jumpzylla is a quality brand and has wonderful customer service. The trampoline was ready to put together. We were short a spring and the company sent us extras right away. We have had no issues and my kids use the trampoline constantly! I'm so happy we purchased this brand.

The trampoline was very easy to put together, but the safety net was a pain in the butt. It was very hard to put the poles into the tease. I tried standing on the trampoline, but I could not reach had to use a ladder.

Shipping was fast! Would’ve have wished for the parts to be labeled. Took us 2 hours and a half to built. Also, had to watched video because the instructions did not include when to put cover around the trampoline. Instructions were not that clear. Overall, trampoline looks great quality.

This is an amazing trampoline. I am someone who hesitates at everything I buy because I’m a huge review person. I got jump zilla and it has been by far my best decision. The ladder is best for my little one because she is shorter than most her age, and I feel like her safety comes first with this brand.

Customer service was fantastic, delivery was quick and installation wasn’t rocket science. 10/10 would recommend! This was a great Santa gift!

The order process was very user friendly, the ship time was fast, and the set up was explained well and easy to do. Set up took less than 2 hours. With one person. Everything appears to be good quality and should last for years.

Shipping was great. Received in two days. It was easy to put together. Quality of product is as advertised. The zipper entrance area could be a little bigger.

I purchased a 15 foot trampoline about a year ago and it is in great condition ready for my son to enjoy for the great weather coming in for spring the only thing I did for upkeep during the winter is spray WD-40 on the springs to avoid rust. It’s in great condition no signs of damage and the safety net is still nice and tight not loose

The trampoline is great ! My kids love it. We received it. Some of the parts were dented. My husband was able to make it work and there hasn’t been a problem thank God. We did reach out to customer service and did not hear back from them so that was kind of disappointing. Also, we were supposed to receive a free trampoline sprinkler and I emailed the company about three times about it never heard anything so that also was disappointing. Besides the issue with customer service the trampoline is perfect.

We purchased the Jumpzylla trampoline for our grandkids, and it has been a huge hit they absolutely love it and use it every time they come over.
