Within 24 hours my new Bosch Unlimited 7 had arrived so excellent service. Wonderful vacuum if you can manage without the extra battery or power pack to charge quicker. The lights are a game changer!! Overall so pleased I purchased it.

This hoover I thought was a cleaner as well , and it says in the book it has a water tank, it has not , I ordered silver, and I got white, delivery was good .

A WEEK LATER I received another email demanding I pay £14.99 for shipping to which by this point I had no choice as it was a birthday present. I then had an email 2 days later saying they’ve cancelled my order as I said it must arrive in a weeks time. They say I’ve had a full refund but no money as of yet??? DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Bought an item today , they took my money. Cancelled the purchase, couldn’t be bothered to tell me why. When I tried to call them, they answered as Furniture Village, denying they are connected to Smart Appliances Online, though their phone numbers are identical. Seems very suspect to me. I’ve emailed twice. Now I can’t make another purchase until I’m refunded and my HOB is broken. Absolutely livid.
I now checked their website and see they are selling the same item but at a higher price. How unethical is this. I didn’t know you could pay for an item in stock and then seller cancel it and hold my money for up to 14 days. Disgraceful.

I would avoid buying anything from this company as it has been the worst experience that i have ever had buying anything online.
I ordered the goods in November to be told that they would be delivered the following week, after a week or so I asked what the position was to be told that they were with the delivery company.......... Again no delivery
I continued to chase but if you expect a reply by phone then you will be left more disappointed than a kid at xmas without any presents, and the reply by email may as well say "its not my fault gov" as they wont take any responsibility. After a few weeks chasing i was told that it was still with the delivery company but that it will be returned to them and they will then get in touch. Next email that i received was that it had been returned and did i want it delivered by another delivery company or did i want a refund. After telling them that i would like the delivery as i could not find the goods anywhere else, my reply was obviously not clear enough when saying I would still like it delivered as the next email I had was informing me that a refund had been paid. I then called to ask why the goods had not been sent as requested and a refund applied instead... but surprisingly i have not had a reply.....
A one star was my only option as i couldnt put minus stars in as an option
No doubt the response will be that it was down to our delivery company, but that would only wash if they run the customer services department as well.
Good luck to anyone who orders anything with this company as you may as well play delivery lotto

I bought a Smeg coffee mashine for £600 of them at the end of November. After using it a month its broken down. Tried to do coffee and out of nowhere hot steam started go thru all gaps and joints of coffee machine like a big steam cloud. Im afraid to plug it in again, im afraid of getting burned. Because 30 days was passed, they cant refund my money and Smeg can offer just repair/replacement. I cant trust this brand, i need a refund because that is fair when You pay that ammount of money for item which broke after a month! Whats going to happen after half year???
