The Electronics Warehouse are a great company to deal with. I was hesitant at first to order from them but I am glad I did. A great television at a great price. A seamless experience from ordering to the 'white glove' delivery. I would recommend The Electronics Warehouse. 5 stars!!

Ordered 2 large Samsung TVs which were delivered well within the estimated time. Order tracking was very good and driver called when 30 mins away. Would definitely use again as these TVs were the lowest price I could find on the internet ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered a television for my new home 10 days ago . Initially the dispatch looked good but the electronic warehouse choice of delivery drivers somehow delivered the wrong tv then 2 days later collected the wrong tv but still no tv that I ordered . No one answers the phone and email sent to cancel order but not sure if it's been seen . Just want my money back so I can shop elsewhere. Wouldn't recommend purely on delivery as I've not actually able to review product .

This company operates a scam, they take your money, send faulty goods, then disappear. Credit card company is now onto them for a refund......avoid at all cost

The only reason they get one star is I can't award zero.
The TV they supplied me does not work. Now I find the warranty they supply is worthless as they will not 1, pick up their phone, 2, answer or even acknowledge any of me 3 emails on the subject. So now I am left with no choice other than to proceed via the legal route.

Item was an incredible price, arrived on time and was in perfect condition. The price made me a little nervous but I shouldn't have been. Will definitely use again.

You may have read here about damaged goods and poor delivery. All true. My TV arrived damaged having taken their courier two weeks to deliver it and it then took them another two weeks to collect it! The courier has now had it three weeks and I was last told they have not returned it. The tail wags the dog here and I’ve been waiting two months. TEW will not replace it until they have the old one.

Now, all that said, they are no longer answering mails and the phone has rung unanswered since 28 May. My gut is telling me they are no longer trading but the website is still accepting orders. DON’T BUY ANYTHING!!!

As it approaches 8 weeks I still don’t have my TV and I don’t think I ever will.

Have been shopping around for a OLED Samsung TV QE65S95F for several weeks and came across The Electronic Warehouse who were selling the exact same TV for £500 less than their competitors.
I decided to purchase the TV and when supplying my address, gave the last 3 digits of the postcode of my previous address in error.
So the only downside was the delivery company who would not deliver to my address because of this error.
The service I received from The Electronic Warehouse was superb, and I have now got my new TV following the correction of the postcode.

The TV was very well packaged, and took some time to set up, but is an excellent TV, and would recommend using The Electronic Warehouse.

Bought a Samsung TV from the Electronics Warehouse. Arrived in a few days with good communication from them and the courier. Everything works perfectly and at a decent price too

I bought a graded Samsung OLED tv. I asked them what ‘ graded’ meant and they answered really helpfully straightaway. Basically a returned item that has been checked by them and Samsung and signed off as in perfect order. Communication was brilliant throughout as was the delivery service they used. Bottom line basically a brand new top of the range TV for a third less than any other options. It is pristine and u love it.

I Purchased a Samsung qled t.v but had to cancel unfortunately but found the customer service excellent the t.v was returned and got a refund. Thanks Geoff 👍. Regards Seán Ryan

Advertises warranty they don't uphold, had to go through county court to get my money back

Bought Galaxy Ring advertised as new with 1 year back to base warranty. Ring was faulty, sent it to Samsung who told me it had been refurbished so the warranty is void.

Contacted seller on eBay who ignored me until I mistakenly sent a message intended for another user to them.

Seller then suddenly started responding, I issued the 14 day letter before Action and got a completely different message "Hi, what seems to be the problem with the Ring" explained and seller invited me to return it to them so they can inspect it

I replied asking for clarification on the warranty process and how to return it etc. Got no response and now had to file a County Court claim.

Do not deal with sellers like this.

I ordered a Samsung TV and the screen was damaged internally. Although the company accepted it was faulty it took their appointed courier 4 weeks to return it to them, I had to wait another 3 weeks for a refund. It took many phone calls and emails to resolve. At one point I asked to speak to a manager and told he was busy.

Dreadful way to treat customers.

I bought a Samsung television from here, which on arrival was damaged...

I sent it back which m, was over three weeks ago, and they have yet to refund me...

They are delaying delaying and delaying... which makes me concerned about their professionalism and honesty

I would suggest you look elsewhere and don't fall into the trap... They are not to be trusted.
