Smart Energy Arvostelua

Tom was very helpful in pointing out an issue with our TCR banding that other brokers had missed after a recent kVa review saving us some money with a simple change.
Has also helped us arrange a new electricity contract and was always on hand to answer any questions.

We have been dealing with Tom for several years now and have always been extremely impressed with the service he provides. He consistently manages to get us a great deal, and the whole switching process is always seamless and straightforward from start to finish.

Tom is professional, helpful and a pleasure to deal with, which makes the whole experience so easy. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Tom and the company, and we look forward to working with them again in the future.

this company (Tom) has been fantastic in exploring all options to reduce our energy costs, we have used Smart energy for some years and found them to be very hard working to achieve our goals

Tom is exceptional, went above and beyond in order to navigate us through a tricky situation. Can’t recommend enough.

I had a fantastic experience with this business. Tom provided exceptional assistance, demonstrating expertise and swift communication. We plan to engage their services again when it's time to renew our contracts.

Very precise and accurate on giving information.
Sort it all the contracts very quickly.
It saved us lots of money with new contracts.

I can't thank Tom at Smart Energy enough for all the hard work and input he has, and still is, in helping us reduce our kVA capacity and applying for our HH Meter to be downgraded, hopefully with success. Tom has acted on our behalf (with permission) to try and get us the best outcome. I have been going round in circles the last few years to try and get this sorted direct with the 'Electricity Providers' but have had no luck, so for Tom to help has been amazing. I certainly would recommend anyone try Smart Energy, you won't be disappointed! We also got the best deal on rates as our electricity Contract was due for renewal.

Always quality service and advice from Tom. I have been using smart energy for a number of years

I was very impressed with Tom @ Smart Energy Company. I reached out on the website hoping to get a few answers about our energy bill (that we didn't have through him) and he was both extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the sector. He quickly helped me understand our issue and then got busy finding competitive quotes.

Tom has been an excellent broker for us. His regular updates on electricity price movements and comparisons have allowed us to save money on our contracts over a number of years. I would highly recommend Smart Energy

Really good experience with this company. Tom was very helpful, knowledgeable and communicated everything quickly. We will use this company again when contracts are next up for renewal

Tom is very polite, knowledgable and very helpful.

Tom was incredibly helpful in getting us the best deal and the whole process was much easier and more streamlined than using one of the online comparison sites.

Very helpful, quick expert advice. We have been using Smart Energy for a while.

Tom has advised us for over 5 years now, always responding quickly and sorting us the best deals within hours (not day or weeks). I would therefore have no hesitation recommending The Smart Energy Company to anyone and we look forward to working with them in the future.

I've worked with a lot of energy brokers and unfailingly they just want a quick transaction after a 5 minute call. Tom McGlynn sent us weekly pricing and shared sector insights for several months before we signed paper. How could we use anyone else. Also he found the best pricing. We did check.

Gave us the best options on multiple occasions and patiently waited until we were happy to choose a new supplier

Great communication and constant updates on energy prices. Saved me a chunk of money for my business.
Definitely recommend giving them a go.

Very clear and communication excellent.

Great communication with Tom. Very helpful and really sorted out a difficult and complicated situation with my energy company, I’d been massively overcharged by EDF with a strange billing system, and Tom managed to deal with all the jargon and letters and turn the situation around. Ended up being in credit for thousands instead of in debt for thousands. Would highly recommend.
