Good prompt service
I bought a fire in readiness to be installed into a media wall. Amazed by Smallbee prices I checked their reviews and ordered. The fire arrived promptly. While it hasn’t been fitted yet as we are waiting for our media wall to be built, it looks ok.

After weeks of searching for a fire i…
After weeks of searching for a fire i saw smallbee advertising some fire's whilst strolling on Facebook. I found them really reasonably priced .
The fire arrived quickly and I am really happy with the quality and it looks amazing when on.
The only negative i would say is the
site itself, annoying pop up and a video of the fire working would of been very helpful. Saying that I have recommended this fire already to someone who wanted the link and I am very pleased 😊

What a fantastic company, our electric fire for a media wall was shipped and delivered in 3 days.. it was that securely packed you could of stamped on it to no effect! Regular communication and updates.. can't possibly fault them and really competitively priced too!

Amazing product and value for money. From order to delivery service was first class. Only small issue had to pay delivery after order was placed due to living in deepest and darkest Scotland😂. However product made me forget this. Recommended if this is what you are looking for.

Poor checkout procedure -shipping fees
It's a pitty that smallbee's IT system is not state-of-the-art, as most systems are able during the checkout procedure to calculate the shipping fees. But either first to email or afterwards to pay a fee of £44 for Aberdeenshire is not transparent.

Unfortunately, due to limitations with Shopify—the third-party platform we use—additional shipping charges for remote areas like Aberdeenshire cannot be calculated automatically during checkout.
To help manage this, we’ve outlined in our shipping policy that certain remote locations may incur extra delivery fees, which are confirmed manually after an order is placed. We agree this process isn’t ideal, and we're actively working with Shopify to find a more transparent and seamless solution for our customers.
