I ordered a fire from smallbee 8 days ago i have had no communication and i still have not received the fire. i have request my money back with no reply and now i'm seeking advise from the local ombudsmen.

Pricing is absolutely fantastic and products are quality! Customer service was also second to none. Other retailers stock similar products at almost triple the price. Delivery was swift and was delivered within 3 days of ordering. We would definitely shop again!

Charged extra for delivery
Charged extra for delivery - my address classed as Scottish Highlands. That’s a new one for Aberdeen. Delivery took 15 days and an email prompt to get my item.
Item arrived, box heavily damaged. Haven’t opened it yet to check item.
Whilst prices are decent, the service isn’t unfortunately
