I received a bonus and played all the way through the requirement, play through etc. I went to withdrawal and I followed everything, deposited with my Litcoin wallet which was verified, was verified through their 3 party co. And when I went to withdrawal they closed my account for no reason, I did nothing wrong, I am legal of age adult. They basically stole my deposit and probably my personal data. Please do not believe 1 single positive review, they themselves are scams by the fraudulent casino scam. It's a international theft ring bottom line..

Don't waste your time and money with these conartes. These is a shitbox of a place with shit box ppl working there .they will lie and make up so many excuses and they rob you .what's even worse they make you think that you are going to get your winnings and then make you pay to pay even more money to be able to get your winning just for them to make up some bullshit lie and or excuses of something you did or didn't do and just so they don't have to pay you .these place is highway robbery and don't gamble Here it is a scam and they are straight up theves.

Was in practice mode once I ran out of funds I go to the home page to find my real balance of 104 was now down to .05 also I tryed to get verified and all my documents were correct but still wasn’t able to get verified also customer support was no help and logged off on me so yea total scam stay away this is fraud and theft they belong in jail

The time it takes for payouts is ridiculous.

Went to cash out 50 bucks. Was told I had to deposit 10 dollars. I did and waited. 3 days later nothing. I ask the customer service. They said they denied it because of the bonus. Took the 50 bucks away. Didn't even give it back to play with. Don't give these guy money. Pretty sure they tried to charge my card without permission for 99.94 and had my card locked on me. My bank lock it saying that slotmadness is a known for fraudulent transactions.

Withdrawal takes about 1 month, is their system and rules. So long time. Other casinos pay in 10 minutes... but anyway I have now waited more than 1 month and still they have not payed. Customer service escalate tjis to payment department (if really did, maybe only told so) and still no answer. 1 star comes from good bonus, but why take bonus, if can not take money out? In this month I have deposited lot of money to another casino. They lost a customer. If they payed me in 2 days, thosen money I liked to play on their casino but no. Not worth it. I uppdate then if money comes and lets see can I then give one star more.

They are a scam I won 2500 they won’t pay me and closed all my accounts with other websites they are connected to like captain jack and a few others slot madness is a scam stop playing them and let’s shut it down owner was in jail in the 90s for fraud

Here's my quarrel .. I understand the 10$ deposit thing ..I understand the playthrough and rollovers and all that madness .. what i don't understand is how u load my inbox with free chip and free spin offers..birthday , Christmas , new-years...any day ...national doughnut day...free spins!!! You let me enter the promo code ....you let me play the free spins....you let me win the money....you let me request the cash out . Only to deny the withdrawal due to ....you'll never guess.....too many free chip/free spins redemptions ...DONT SEND ME FREE ISH and then PUNISH ME for using them ...like that's the most bass akwards stuff I've ever seen y'all!
And please this really requires zero response cause no amount of providing you my acct info so u can like into the issue will solve {in my opinion,} silly policies Rolled downhill from the top .
Take care....do better slotmadness.con...1.7 ain't a good look trust me.

New sign up had free chip. I met requirements and cashed out the allowable 100 dollars. First I was asked to deposit 10 dollars in lite coin to verify litecoin address so I did. I then could not withdraw through litecoin (ot any other means on site) only bitcoin. I questioned what the point on verifying my litecoin wallet was if I couldn’t withdraw that way with no answer. It’s been 11 days I have to wait 20
Business days apparently and was now told in new chat that i should have used coindraw to withdraw sincr its quicker but i couldnt the only available option was bitcoin. For an online crypto casino… this is mind blowing it’s 2025. I doubt Im getting my money based on these reviews and anticipate the whole litecoin deposit/ bitcoin becoming an issue. Don’t play here there are many better sites

Shockingly I won't $400 in free games and the took it all away apparently due to terms. Totally ridiculous, what is the point of giving you free game and you win on the winnings from those free games only for them to take it away without letting you gamble it. Totally ridiculous.

Hey guys these Inclave or similar casinos are very annoying in the fact you have to read the fine print over and over to understand. But as long as you claim the free chips once and make a deposit of only $10 you will get your payout. They do only allow $100 cash out on the free spins but hey it a free $90. Here's the proof...nice job slot madness.com...cant post screenshot but I did get paid and it took less then one week with coindraw!

payed the 10 dollar ltc got the wallet verified but everytime i go thru the id check the website says it cant continue because of low memory. its just a 100 dollar cash out. i emailed them its been weeks no answer.

WISH I COULD MAKE MY RATING A NEGATIVE # OF STARS.
This company is a deceptive, scamming, fraudulent bunch of con artists. They need to be stopped and held accountable for their actions. And after reading so many reviews from people with the same awful experience as myself. Why have the people running this site not been charged yet!?
Straight goofs.

I played this casino with a $35 bonus code from Non-stop bonus and was up to about $200 this morning. I won $1700 on one of the slots. I checked my account and it said I had $1700 that was withdrawable. So I was trying to cash out but was having problems so I contacted customer service. She said it was nil and void since I played too many bonuses in a row which was incorrect because my last bonus request was denied. I tried a different cs agent this evening and he told me the same cockamaymee story. It still shows my balance is $1700 but I guess it's just fun money now. BAIT AND SWITCH.

No pagan , te roban el dinero

Won 50 they won't pay me because I got to many free spins yet they send me promotions about its free which is false advertising. I'm told now if I make deposit I lose the 50 and only reason I haven't deposit on their casino because their sister partner sunrise took my deposit so easy and has yet to send me my fund I won't fair and square I can't help none of you pay right or on time it's bitcoin it's not hard slot madness will never get a dime from me

Too bad I have to even give them ONE star because Slots Madness is a SCAM! After winning over $850.00 and following their instructions of the ten dollar deposit, they refunded my money after the transaction history said manager approved it. Instead of an email or any correspondence I had to email them to find out that they weren't paying me and gave me every b.s. excuse in the book. DO NOT even play in their site let alone give them any money!! I can not believe that sites like this are still able to do people like this!! This was my first big win of my life and even though I tried not to, my hopes were shattered.

This casino was and is a scam, they do nothing but lure you in with a 30 free spins bonus and by chance and luck just like any other casino it just happens to be luck and when it hits and win a decent amount of course their is a catch then they say you have to make a deposit and blah blah blah. DO NOT WASTE ANY MONEY ON THIS CASINO, AND DO NOT PLAY OR WASTE YOUR MONEY AT ANY CASINOS FROM THE UK OR ANY OTHER COUNTRY IF YOU ARE LIVING IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

I would not recommend using the casino slot madness. I was playing their tournament and promotions. I went over the amount required to win with the promotions and they removed funds that I could not withdraw but I was winning on the tournament winning. I had at least $100 in tournaments 50 was done on day before I made it withdrawal. Luckily I kept screenshots of what I did while playing and if anyone is interested, I’m gonna be getting an attorney to discuss this. Unfortunately Slot Madness is very deceptive and they need to be stopped. I made a deposit but what I won was fair and they took my money and my deposit.

I won 100 dollars. I followed all of the rules and the manager withdrew my money and deleted all of the transaction history so I couldn't show where I'd won everything legit. Do not try this casino! They are thieves!
