They had me send over all this verification docs, I had won 2250 and I decided to cash in 1600, then they said it was denied because of some bull crap excuse or rule not to pay, but they did offer me a 25 chip for the inconvenience, big time fraudsters don't play this game!

To be honest I don't even wanna rate this casino. They are not going to payout your winnings. They need to be reported. I WON $568 finished my playthrouh and deposited as I was told to redeem my winnings. When my redemption hit my account it was for the money I deposited ONLY!!! So I contacted customer service about the $568 I didn't recieve and they told me I had to many played wagers. I've never even played but ONCE and never redeemed anything. WORD OF ADVICE (DONT PLAY) YOU WANT RECIEVE YOUR WINNINGS!!!

I win 100 dollars from a free tournament right I'm able to cash it out which means it's mine well I used my winnings to rebuy into another tournament I'm second place which means I should get 1000.00 well I go to make sure I can with draw and they are wanting Ms to reverify my identity I already had to do that the last time I went to with draw so I went to customer service and asked why and she tells me nothing of why I have to but does tell me that because I used the money I won on the tournament instead of cashing it out that not only does it null the 1000.00 but now I can't cash out the 50 I had left from the 100.00 I've had so many problems trying to cash out it's always something to not let you cash out the winnings like unfair you can't say free tournament you take away the winnings but then nig let you keep playing with it

I've deposited quite a few hundred dollars into this casino. Shame on me... I used a bonus chip that was sent from the casino and won a few hundred but I could only redeem $100. Totally fair. I get that. I did the redemption process and overall didn't seem like a bad experience. I submitted the withdrawl request and on May 9th received two emails that said my withdrawal was approved and my money would be on the way shortly! YAYYYYY! Awesome.

Fast forward- some time around 5/25/25, I was informed that it takes 7-10 business days once approved for the finance department to pay the funds. I was informed the funds were paid on 5/23 and that it could take another 7-10 business days for my bank to receive the funds and disburse the money.

Here it is 6/27/25 and I have not seen that $100. Each time I reach out to the casino Support Tech, I am sent the EXACT same script. That the money is paid and they I need to check back and be patient the money will come. It has been almost 2 months since I received the email that my funds were approved and would be received soon.

I don't ever expect to see that $100. They won't verify any kind of license and their links on their website are debunk. Won a legitimate $90, manager approved the withdrawal, waited a week, inquired as to status, withdrawal was denied. Hey, if the managers can't figure out their system, how can they expect the players to figure it out. Stay away!

My mom hit a major hit of 21k and never only rec 9k of it sporadically. After many emails , customer service calls with the same answer of , “ it’s coming there’s just a minor delay” , it’s never come . It’s been 2 years. Don’t waste your money on this crap casino . I won a bunch of money off a free $45.00 chip. I played thru the $1250.00 requirement. I got off the game for a second and when I went to log back in a $255 withdrawal had been initiated. I didn't do it. After reading reviews online, this is a common thing with this site. Hopefully they will fix it. I never even put my bank info to do a withdrawal.
