WORST casino ever, deposited $30 plus had a no rules % bonus. It's been 2 weeks already have a confirmation and a screenshot of the $650 winnings were on the way. At first they seem it was okay and then after I started to win I never received a payment cash out they always had excuses on why I could not cash out to this day I've never won money with them and every time you call them or their bonuses whatever is faulty never comes through they don't give me back the money it's just problem after problem with them I do not recommend them at all I've never even went over $500 with them and other casinos have 1,000 here and customer service horrible. I win 100 dollars from a free tournament right I'm able to cash it out which means it's mine well I used my winnings to rebuy into another tournament I'm second place which means I should get 1000.00 well I go to make sure I can with draw and they are wanting Ms to reverify my identity I already had to do that the last time I went to with draw so I went to customer service and asked why and she tells me nothing of why I have to but does tell me that because I used the money I won on the tournament instead of cashing it out that not only does it null the 1000.00 but now I can't cash out the 50 I had left from the 100.00 I've had so many problems trying to cash out it's always something to not let you cash out the winnings like unfair you can't say free tournament you take away the winnings but then nig let you keep playing with it
