Just places order for Joeys pizza in Las Vegas Nv and paid over $114. Was messaged my order was ready for pick up but when I arrived Joeys pizza was closed and waited and knocked and nobody answered so I went back on the Slice app for text support and to let them know what the situation was and they daid they weren't able to contact the owner so I asked for a refund and they are refusing to refund my money without speaking to the restaurant first. In the meantime im not able to feed my family tonight. I asked to speak with someone to file a complaint and "Vicky " still hasn't given me any contact info. BEWARE OF USING THIS APP THEY WILL TAKE YOUR PAYMENT BUT NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY.

Food is usually delicious but unfortunately this time the order was wrong. We ordered a pizza with meatballs and eggplant, but instead of meatballs, we got mushrooms. We hate mushrooms. We didn’t find out until we had the first slice. We ended up picking out all the mushrooms.

There is an issue with special instructions getting to the pizzeria. I will take the time to walk over to the pizzeria in the future. They have never messed up my order when I order in person.

About a $100 order and they deliver it to the wrong address. Pizza place pawned me off on slice and slice pawned me off on the pizza place. In the end they tried to tell me it was my fault for delivering to an address that does not exist. They had my phone #, just call. Pretty sure the driver got his family dinner. Hope they enjoyed it. Will never ever use this service again.

I will NEVER use Slice again after tonight. Ordered an 8” thin crust pizza at 7:30. Restaurant took 50 minutes to make it (far too long for tiny pizza). Worse yet, they handed off pizza to driver at 8:20 and driver decided to make several OTHER pickups - WITH my pizza in his car - for OVER 40 MINUTES. I am STILL waiting for my pizza which will be ICE COLD by now. And this is not the first time I’ve had a negative experience with Slice. Drivers dropping the pizza at my front door and running in g off WITHOUT even alerting me it’s there. VERY long wait times always. Drivers who refuse to answer texts or calls. All super frustrating. Not worth the extreme hassle just to get a pizza.

Ordering was easy. I left something off the order, and the support center was quick, efficient, and friendly, and solve my issue quickly.
I was greeted when I walked in to the restaurant, my pizza was coming out of the oven.
When I got home, the pizza was exactly what I hoped for. Absolutely delicious!!!

Ordered a large meat lovers pizza through Slice and paid $42 for the pizza and two drinks. After waiting over an hour—especially frustrating since I only treat myself to pizza about once a month—I finally received my order… and it was completely wrong. Instead of a meat lovers, I got a cheese and mushroom pizza. Not even close.
I immediately tried calling the pizzeria to fix the issue, but no one answered. So I was stuck paying for and eating something I didn’t order after a long wait.
When I called the next day, it took way too long for them to even locate my order. Once they did, I was told they refunded me $25—meaning I still paid $17 for a pizza I didn’t want and never ordered.
Between the incorrect order, lack of communication, and partial refund, this was a really disappointing experience. Poor customer service from both the restaurant and Slice. Definitely makes me think twice before ordering again.

Ordered 3 pizza's and 8oz container of ranch dressing to be delivered. Slice driver showed up with the pizza's, but no ranch dressing. Driver said to contact the restaurant, nothing he could do about it. Called Monte Cellos and they said the ranch dressing is here, but nothing they could do about it, had to contact Slice. Stuck in the infamous circle of each party says to call the other one. Next time we have guests over we will drive to Large Plain for pizza.

Been using Slice for a few years now and love it. So easy to order. If I have an issue with my order, their customer service contacts the restaurant and it gets resolved. Had an issue today and it was taken care of quickly

I placed an order and provided specific delivery instructions. However, I couldn’t track my order in the Slice app. I contacted customer service when it showed an expected delivery time of 9:35 PM, but by 9:44 PM there was still no update. The representative told me it should arrive any minute.
By 10:00 PM, the tracker still showed the order as “out for delivery.” I eventually checked my neighbor’s door and found my pizza had been left there. When I brought it inside, it was cold.
I contacted Slice again, but they sided with the delivery driver, stating the order had been delivered and that the driver knocked. This directly contradicts the delivery instructions I provided, which were not followed. I even asked the representative to read back my instructions and sent a screenshot showing the tracker still had not been updated. If it had been updated correctly, I could have found my order sooner.
The representative then told me that the restaurant controls the funds and that no refund or discount would be issued.
So after spending $50, I ended up with cold pizza, a delayed delivery, and no accountability. To make matters worse, the tracker didn’t update to “delivered” until 11:05 PM.
This experience was extremely frustrating and defeats the purpose of using an app like Slice. If the app can’t provide accurate tracking or support the customer when something goes wrong, what is the point? If I could give 0 stars I would!

Worst delivery service. Pizza was picked up at 4:32. We live 10 mins. away from the pizza place. We didn’t get the pizza until 5:16 after we inquired twice as to what the delay was about. With the 1st inquiry we were told the driver was 10 mins. away. We then inquired 15 mins. later because the food was still not delivered. Total let down.

Easy to order from local pizza shops no matter where you are. When traveling for work out of state, I didn't have to spend time or gas money driving around to find somewhere to eat. I simply opened Slice and ordered. Got my food and always got my receipts for expense reports. Slice is AWESOME.
