Orders always delivered on time, sometimes earlier. My orders are always correct; pizza is nice & warm upon delivery. I like the minimal fees charged for delivery.

I had a order from a place Thur the slice app that we order from a lot and this last time our food for one the meals we ordered was not very good and I didn't even eat it I messaged Thur the slice app about the issues and I was no really expecting to get anywhere not only did they get me refunded for that meal they took care of the stuff in between the call to the restaurant and everything was taken care of Thur the app customer service helpline super fast super friendly and I live the experience

Abd is always very attentive to the details of my order. The app is super helpful and I’m able to see when my order is ready for pick up!

Slice is easy to order on, and you get all sorts of updates on your order status. I do get too many dumb emails though.

I've had a great experience and I hope that the platform enables my local pizza place to serve more customers and grow their business!

Fresh hot food that is so good. Service is excellent.

Slice has been prompt in answering questions and helping me with my orders. I recently ordered from the incorrect restaurant and Slice rep canceled for me immediately. I was able then to order from my usual restaurant.

I said before and I’ll say it again. I go here at least two times a week. Never once have I been disappointed and for the amount of food you get for the price you can’t beat it

I have only had positive experiences with Slice for the year+ I've been using them.
Last night, the pizza place mistakenly got my order wrong: I ordered 2 different kinds of pizza, they sent me 2 of one kind, and zero of the other.
Disappointing, but a simple mistake.
Contacted Slice customer support (actual human), they verified w the restaurant I was accurate, and issued a refund for the missing pizza next business day.
I couldnt be more pleased with the outcome.

The app Slice is very convenient, and when I had a question I used the chat feature on my phone. Within a minute or two I received a call from Connor, the counter person at the restaurant! That may have been a coincidence! They were out of anchovies for my add-on, would I choose another topping or like my $2.00 back.

Having chosen pineapple, I drove over to Eddies. My order was ready. The service was efficient and cheerful. The pizzas and wings were delicious, the best we’ve had in years. That’s how long we’ve been going back to them!

Great experience! Had a small issue w Italian restaurant and Slice immediately rectified the situation with a refund! Will definitely use again!

I paid an $8 delivery fee and gave them a 15% tip just to pickup my order from the front desk of the hotel I was in, instead of them delivering it to my 1st floor room, of which they had the room number.Definitely not convenient for me. Especially, when I have trouble walking and must use a cane to assist me.

Been using Slice fur a couple years abs is a very intuitive app. Very easy to order. Orders from restaurants aren't always correct, but that's not the fault of Slice.

Haha's Pizza is fantastic and the staff has been great! Just moved into a bldg directly behind them, I'm in trouble!

Worst experience ever with a delivery service. No food , no clue, and repeatedly telling me it’s on its way. I was trying to feed my hungry movers on day one in Raleigh but no such luck. Then to argue about whether it would arrive cold or not and say I could it cancel, even though my movers were done. Food still nowhere in sight. Order from your local pizza shop, SLICE is a terrible service that farms out their deliveries as well.

I orbered from a pizza place. The person delivering the order forgot items. I notifed the driver who turned around mid delivery with the pizza to get the items. By the time the pizza arrived it was cold and the driver still didn't have all items I paid for. I contacted the pizza place who contacted the slice hacks and they told me I would be issued a refund within a few days. I wasn't. I contacted the slice hacks directly and they never bothered to respond. Absolutely worthless company that hires subpar employees and doesn't remedy their mistakes. If you look at the other reviews that never received a refund and never heard back from them you will notice they apologize and say contact them to resolve it. We already tried that and they didn't resolve it. Pretending they care to scam others doesn't get people their deserved money back.

Absolutely the best ordering app out there. I’ve tried others but none can come close to Slice. Works absolutely flawless.

The ease of use, ability to find local restaurants that just opened and the ability to find places to eat while traveling.

I've used slice a few times and never had a bad experience. This time however the issue was mine. I had a number of people over the house and made a mistake with the order. I contacted customer service and the service rep Jennifer D was very helpful. I explained the issue and in a few minutes she had it taken care of. Because of service like that, I will continue to use the app and recommend it.
